Happen to be in the area doing some work and the Local guy I was with said to grab a sandwich at Main Street deli. So we headed over to get some food so we can get back to work. This is a true deli to me, a sandwich shop. Everything looks fresh, staff is nice and polite so my buddy got a burger and I got the turkey Reuben Rachel! It just sounded good and I hadn't had one in a while. These are the real deal! In-N-Out, pretty quick, my sandwich was perfect! From the bread to the coleslaw, it was just what I wanted. I left my phone in the car so I didn't get any pictures, but I'll write a better review and get some pictures next time I'm in but what a great place for lunch or breakfast! My husband and I stopped in for dinner on Friday evening. We placed our order and sat down to wait for our food. We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time, and there was both music playing and a television on that was very loud. When our food was brought out, I politely asked if the TV volume could be turned down or possibly off since it was quite loud. The employee (Jason) sat down, grabbed the remote, and responded in a very hostile tone saying he was watching it. I told him it was fine to leave it on and simply asked if it could be turned down a bit, but he continued to act irritated that I had even asked. The food itself was ok, but the interaction made the experience uncomfortable. As customers, a simple request to lower the volume in an otherwise empty restaurant shouldn't be met with hostility. Hopefully this was just a bad moment and customer service can improve going forward. read more

A met a friend for lunch here. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. I had a cheesesteak and my friend had the French dip. Both were delicious. This was my 2nd time visiting the shop, and I was unfortunately disappointed. Mainly because they tried to charge me $95 for 3 burgers with potato salad. When I asked how this could be the price, the cashier said the details are listed on the screen so I can verify it. I checked, and it listed that the side potato salad I added would cost an additional $30. When I asked how this could be the case, the cashier immediately said sorry and that he would try to re-input the order on the kiosk. However, the "chef" (not sure what his role was) who was smoking outside, stepped in and tried to convince me multiple times that the price was correct. The cashier eventually was able to re-enter all the items and the total price came out to be ~$50. The cashier kept apologizing, but the chef still seemed to be annoyed even though it was their system that was malfunctioning. This was a sad experience. read more

I've wanted to try this place for a long time, so glad we had the opportunity! When I walked in the owner (I Think) was yelling from the back lol I don't know if it was at someone or just loud) I immediately felt at home. My mom was Italian and she was always screaming at us in the kitchen! We were here for breakfast and let me tell you it was delicious! I'm picky so it's a huge compliment! I got sausage biscuits and gravy with a side of bacon. The biscuits are soooo good! Bacon was crispy and warm just how I like it. Hubby got the breakfast sampler. I've been searching for a real deli for a very long time. I've tried every deli or sandwich place from Buford to Alpharetta and beyond but I haven't had any luck. This place does not disappoint. The sandwiches are stacked! The club was unbelievable, so big and absolute deliciousness. On top of that they add a pickle and a hefty choice of potato or pasta salad. It's not a big place but they are the best and biggest sandwiches I've had in years. Staff is warm and friendly and the cashier is remarkably kind. She's patient and sweet. The pictures don't do this place justice! The food here is superb. I had a Turkey Sandwich, which sounds simple, but it was done to perfection. Be sure to get lightly toasted on baguette for any sandwich. So good! The Fruit Cup doesn't look like much, but there is more in there than you think, and it's all super fresh. Extremely happy with my purchase here at this quaint deli. I ordered the green machine. It consisted of spinach wrap, grilled chicken, organic mixed greens, cucumber and avocado with cilantro lime dressing. The creaminess of the avocado and crunch of the cucumber paired so well together in the wrap. There was plenty of grilled chicken nestled in there as well. These days places seem to be really stingy with protein, not this place. The young lady at the counter was super sweet and courteous. I waited about ten minutes before my order was brought to me. Again, sweet girl thanked me and told me she hoped I had a great weekend! Wish I lived closer to this place but I don't. I do however have to pick up a dress about three doors down in a week or so. So, the owner chose to respond online to my review twice, so a few things, yes, it was December when we were there, and the review was posted the same day. The bottom bread was soggy and can not be seen in the picture. Also, my previous visits sandwich picture was there, and the difference is obvious to anyone that can see. Funny how every poor review you earn, you attack the person writing a review. We have been going there for a few years now, and those people have not been there 6 yrs. Yes, a group of 3 people came in after we ordered, and they did get their food ahead of us. You were at the front counter and had nothing to do with preparing our food. Besides tough meat, and tasteless potato salad is not something you can fix on the fly. If you look at my past reviews, you received 4 and 5 stars. So only if we receive poor quality food and service do you comment. Got it. This will be your last review from me as we will go back to Goldbergs. As for the format of Yelp, that is your opinion. Stoped in for lunch today and was greeted with the warmest welcome. Every time I stop by the vibe is so inviting and warm. I had a new item they are testing for the new breakfast menu today. The L.I.E ( Long Island exchange) and it was the bomb. The homemade roast beef was piled high and melt in your mouth good. The bread was hot and soft but still held its body, the meat stacked up and not slimy whatsoever with the perfect amount of kraut and 1000 island. Freaking impressed.
