Came in today to get my lips done and I am so happy. For the first time I don't have the prolonged lumps and bumps on top of my lips. I got my breast augmentation done by Dr. Wong 5 weeks ago today and I can't say enough good things about him as a surgeon and how amazing his team is there. All the ladies working in the office are wonderful and each one of them helped me through this journey. I heard about Dr. Wong through an esthetician. She mentioned that she has seen very good work on her clients who've had cosmetic surgery through Dr. Wong's office, he does very good stitch work. Because I respect her opinion, I went for a consultation with Dr. Wong for a lower face lift. Shortly before my scheduled surgery I came down with a cold.... ugh. The office was so awesome (Denise) checking in with me every few days to see how I was doing. I ended up having to reschedule my procedure. Jump forward a few weeks after the procedure... I am doing great! I will say the first three days after my surgery drove me crazy... not because of pain but having to wear the compression garments. I followed all the pre and post care instructions to a tee and was told I looked a week ahead of my expected healing... pays to follow instructions. I already see the results I hoped for! Today Susan removed my first set of stitches and she has such a gentle touch. I requested her to remove the last set of stitches on my next visit if she was available. So quick background, i've been to a few different offices to get work done. THIS PLACE IS LITERALLY THE BEST PLACE. For my first visit, I wanted to get more chin fillers but the next appointment was almost a month away. They told me they would take me in early if someone cancelled. I said sure, not being too hopeful but whatever. I kid you not, later that day, I get a call from Natalie, their medical assistant, saying that someone cancelled and they could take me in the next day. HELL YEAH. I went to my appointment and I was warmly welcomed by the team. I met Dr. Wong when he did my check up to make sure I met all the requirements to get my filler. The process was so quick and painless. My injector made sure I was comfortable during the entire procedure. And afterwards, they gave me very clear aftercare instructions to ensure a smooth healing process. My family has received services from this establishment for years. Not for nothing, but we've collectively spent 10's of thousands. The reception staff has always been pleasant and welcoming. Recently a gift certificate was purchased specifically so my daughter could receive services from Rachel. After learning that Rachel was no longer employed by the establishment, we attempted to obtain a refund of the gift certificate. Susan, Dr. Wong's wife rudely refused this request. Even stating that she would have to contact her lawyer. As a business owner with the authority to oblige our request for a refund, and to choose not to, is something I cannot understand. I expect more professionalism and consideration. Unfortunately members of my family still require support for services already rendered. Dr. Wong has been nothing short of exceptional. That being said, we will no longer schedule further services with this establishment or purchase any product. We're really disappointed, and will be seeking services elsewhere. read more

Dr. Wongs staff, led by his scheduler Susan who is also his wife, are extremely unprofessional. They do not answer their phone during normal business hours and let patients go to voicemail. They then don't return those voicemail calls regarding important procedural concerns even after 24 hours. My prescriptions were sent to the wrong pharmacy and even though it wasn't a big deal, scheduler Susan got very defensive when I asked where I could pick them up as they weren't at my pharmacy. Rather than apologize for her error and reroute them to the pharmacy I gave her during our appointment she was annoyed that I asked her the address of where she sent them so I could pick them up. None of this was really a big deal and I wasn't even upset, just more concerned and wanting to get them as my surgery was scheduled less than 48 hours later. I made my way to the pharmacy that they chose for me and picked up the prescriptions the next day, paying more than I would have at my preferred pharmacy. Later that afternoon, which was less than 24 hours before my surgery was scheduled for 5:45 in the morning, Susan very nonchalantly called me and told me that she was canceling the surgery due to happen the next morning that I had paid for in full already because she didn't like the interaction we had on the phone. A surgery I had mentally and physically prepared for, Canceled obligations for, arrange transportation with family to and from, arranged Childcare for and Paid for in FULL. Apparently I made her uncomfortable in having to call multiple times to get someone on the phone to tell me where my prescriptions were. At no time was I rude or aggressive or out of line in my conversation with her or her co workers. She had absolutely zero concern for any of the circumstances and inconvenience and stress she caused and seemed to actually get joy in telling me that SHE was not allowing me to proceed with the procedure her husband had already approved and been paid for with no justification whatsoever. I suppose the universe was telling me that it was probably a wise decision to not put my life in the hands of people with so little regard for their patients or people in general. I would never recommend to anyone that they trust their body, life or mental well being to people that operate and run a business in this manner. I also am still awaiting a full refund of the entire surgery cost which they have not refunded as per their agreement. read more

Far from last minute. Not taking a patient within 2 months is far from last minute! Not to mention the horrible attitude problem of 2 out of the 3 people that answer the phones is also not needed. I already paid for the work that is sub par and wanted it fixed for the 3rd time. Paid a 2nd time to still not have the work corrected and new scar on my lip that was not there before going to this place not to mention un even lips that still are not worth the cost. Rushed at each appointment through the process and rushed out as well as they always seem to be busy, but over book and only care for favorite clients/high spenders and don't care for the rest of us! So yeah go ahead and go here if you want new scars on your lips and watered down botox. The botox is watered down and only last a month, if it even if works. This is a terrible treatment unless you want to age yourself @rachael_frazierrn put profit over proper patient selection. I went in to discuss pore size and texture around my mouth and chin. Inquired about this or fraxel. She said Morpheus and I trusted her. Never wanted or needed contouring, defining or fat removal and that is what I got. She used wrong frequency and needle depth per company guidelines for someone with a thin face and skin as well as went outside of indication for chin with needle depth and frequency. She also didn't prepare me properly on this procedure. Said retin a use was fine. Now I'm left with a deflated face and pockets of lost volume I can never get back throughout lower face. Rachel took me last minute Valentine's Day for the little pockets on my eyes (divots) that resulted from Botox around my eyes done elsewhere by someone i won't name . This only has do with services from Rachel not Dr.Wong! Had lip filler done by Rachel and with all the good reviews I thought I was in the right place, well not so much. Rachel was very informative and professional but I had the filler done in my lips, and then waited the 3 weeks Rachel said to wait after I said it seemed like I needed more filler in my lip, as it appeared that it was above my lip on the top. Well, when I called to have it fixed I was promptly told that it was a 2 month wait to reschedule??? I said to the gal on the phone that I had already paid $725 to have this done and now I have to wait another 2 months to have it fixed?, she responded by saying that other people are waiting to get in so yes it will be two months???? well here I am 3 months later and still the same issue bumps of filler above my lip line. I went to see a doctor who referred me to a cosmetic surgeon who desolved the filler and will re-inject in two weeks as I was told the filler was placed incorrectly. I am disgusted and disappointed in how they treat patients once you have paid for their service. I feel like I just threw $725 down the toilet and then had to pay to dissolve the filler on top of that!
