I broke a tooth and I had 2 options: root canal that was going to cost $800 WITH insurance or pull it for $40. Unfortunately for me, we had just moved and bought a car so the $800 option was not realistic. (The $800 quote I got was with another dental group). I Googled and did some research and came across Doc Family Dental. The minute the receptionist picked up the phone I knew I had found my new dental home. I can't remember the name of the receptionist but she was the sweetest person ever! She got me an appointment the next day. The office is so cozy and welcoming. There's a picture of Dr Fox and her family in the lobby, which made me feel like I was being welcomed into her own home. I didn't take long at all to be called to the back. Please forgive me for not remembering names, but as I said I was VERY anxious, but every person I came into contact with was so very nice and accommodating. They kept asking how I was doing, brought me a weighted blanket and some spectacular eye glass. Dr Fox came and introduced herself and immediately I trusted her and I relaxed a little. She saw I was shaking because of anxiety and comforted me a little. In the end, I chose the nitros oxide. She did have a little trouble getting the tooth out but that wasn't her fault at all. It was a big tooth , she's a little lady, but her size didn't matter in this case because she won the tug of was. 100 stars for Dr Fox and then entire team at Fox Dental. I will be back!!!!!!

I understand having a cancellation policy, but it feels especially burdensome for working families, students, and patients on tighter budgets.
