Moved into the main area and honestly, with all the big rigs that pulled in, it can get very cramped for "privacy". Add to that some dogs and it can get very interesting. As usual at an RV site, some people have ZERO clue about site etiquette. Several folks walking their dogs around my site. My dogs did not appreciate that. But that's the only complaint I had - a bit cramped when all sites around you are full, and people are the same no matter where we camp. The people running this site are the best!! Tom helps you park and it makes it SO easy to back into the spot. First try, boom, all set!! The beach is only a few blocks away, totally walkable. That said, they also provide a ride to and from the beach on the golf cart. Very helpful when you're lugging all your beach stuff. Expensive to stay, but it was a great vacation. If you like to walk and get your steps in, there are plenty of rows to walk. It is all gravel, no cement slabs. You do have full hookup. The site was very quiet and near a small town that had a dollar store and a small store with gas. There is not much to do as the population is around 5K. We did go to two parks to walk our dogs. There was a stream with a beach to hang out at and tube, but no dogs are allowed. However, there was some trails to walk your dogs.

No amenities but we weren't planning to hit a pool. Only issue with this place - it's just not near anything less than a 30 min drive. Knowing the area now, I would have picked another city to spend a few nights. Sorry Holt and really sorry Eagles Landing.

The resort is very clean and the staff and other campers are very friendly and welcoming. There is a great pool and hot tub, an ice cream shop, a mini store, a fishing pier and the Santa Rosa Sound beach. The resort is quiet at night and is very close to groceries and restaurants. I am so glad I found this great place for my birthday weekend trip!

We spent five days there with our RV recently. It was our first time at this particular campground so we did not know what to expect. Needless to say, we were very pleased with everything that the campground had to offer. I can't decide whether our favorite part was the pier where we were able to descend into the Santa Rosa Sound to cool off during the hot afternoons or the delectable ice cream that was served in the ice cream parlor! I also liked that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby on the main road. I'd probably come back again if given the choice. I highly recommend anyone wishing to camp in this part of the state of Florida to check out the Navarre Beach Campground.
