One odd thing is, you pull into your slip bow first due to low water on that end of the slip. Make sure you have long enough power cables and water hose as electric and water are center of the slip at the bow end of the boat. The people at the facility and customers were very nice and friendly. They do have a pump out at the dock, but we did not use it on our 3 days there. We would go back.

Moved into the main area and honestly, with all the big rigs that pulled in, it can get very cramped for "privacy". Add to that some dogs and it can get very interesting. As usual at an RV site, some people have ZERO clue about site etiquette. Several folks walking their dogs around my site. My dogs did not appreciate that. But that's the only complaint I had - a bit cramped when all sites around you are full, and people are the same no matter where we camp. The people running this site are the best!! Tom helps you park and it makes it SO easy to back into the spot. First try, boom, all set!! The beach is only a few blocks away, totally walkable. That said, they also provide a ride to and from the beach on the golf cart. Very helpful when you're lugging all your beach stuff. Expensive to stay, but it was a great vacation. I'd stay here again.

The office is easy to get to and has very convenient hours. The bathhouse was very clean and had large showers. The laundry room had 5 sets of washers and dryers that are coin operated and easy to use. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk but the staff also offers free rides to and from via golf cart that we utilized several times. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The owners are incredibly warm and present, you can tell they genuinely care about their guests. We saw them every day, and that personal touch made the experience feel welcoming and safe, not just like another RV stop. The park itself is small and cozy, which we loved. It creates a peaceful, community feel without any of the noise or chaos you sometimes get at larger parks. Traveling with our dog can sometimes be challenging, but not here. The fenced dog area was a huge win,our pup absolutely loved it and felt comfortable enough to play and explore freely. That alone made our stay so much more relaxing. Now, I have to talk about the facilities,because I'm very particular about this. The showers and bathrooms are, without question, the best I've ever experienced at an RV park. They are spotless, thoughtfully designed, and this is key, there's actually space to set down all your things. Anyone who travels regularly knows how rare and appreciated that is.
