Not sure where to begin but I've been pretty much called a liar & I've tried my best to work with the apartment complex in the past, however I do not get the same courtesy & clearly nobody wants to help me. Also the lease says it'll be month to month after your first lease which isn't true. I tried & they told me month to month isn't offered even tho the lease clearly says that's what it'll be after the first lease. That's just one of many BIG issues, I had to file a complaint with the state so that should paint the picture of what it's like to live here. read more

**NOT** Luxury Apartments at all. Not worth the money. I live here. 1. Kitchens. They did renovations but what they don't really mention is the lack of kitchen space now. (1) There is BARELY any cabinet space and like 3 drawers in some of them. I personally only have 3 drawers. They do have 3 cabinets on the back of the huge islands, but they are only like 1foot deep (which they can be larger due to the space but they didn't make them deep). (2) They put in this HUGE island which looks nice, but then you also don't want to leave stuff on the counters due to a cluttered look so it's a mass of wasted space. (3) I had to get my own bakers rack just to store all my appliances, otherwise the only choice was to leave it all on the island on display like at Target. (4) Outlets. The lack of outlets is wild. There are 2 on either side of the island (long side) but nothing in the middle. You have 1 where the microwave is put but it's very evident that it's only meant for the microwave. (5) The Microwave. It's a micro one. A tiny camper size microwave in this "luxury" apartment. A regular size bag of popcorn doesn't even spin comfortably. The kitchen is the main factor I want to move. I figured id be able to work with it... nope. They took out the pantry space and put in a stackable washer/dryer and didn't give thought on how to add that space back with the new design. 2. Valet Trash. Originally they got me with "free" valet trash because of the "luxury" title. (Trash you leave by your door which they pick up on x days.. and even that isn't always.) Next, they had me sign my lease and also now charge me an extra $25 a month for specifically valley trash. I would rather take my own trash down and save the $25 but it's a forced. 3. Wall/Door/Window insulation. After a renovation, they did such a poor job. The windows are still the original thin ones and have no insulation. My doorjam has light that comes through. It's honestly very sad because I waste a lot of money on the PGE there. However, the BIGGEST issue is that you can hear inside conversations outside if you are walking by. There is no privacy. I feel like I have to tiptoe around to not disturb the neighbors. Having no privacy is a major factor in me wanting to move. 4. Renovations where done poorly. I'm in a "bran new luxury apartment" and it is very clear how trash the renovation was done. There was no oversite. There is no trim around the original bathtub, you can see the old stuff through it. It's sloppy painted. The hole they cut in the bathroom ceiling for the vent was too large for the vent, so there is a gap to the attic. The walls and floors creek on their own a lot, they move cuz the building is so old. Makes these crazy noises like I'm in a wind storm sometimes. Super creepy. There are globs of pain splatters on the sliding door on the upper panel (not the glass) but its clear someone was in a hurry. The vent panel under the furnace is clearly the original and nasty... and is just exposed to the attic?? inside. Creepy. The nice new floor has faults in it - dips and isn't even in some places. It also isn't flush with the sliding door so that raw inside material is visible from the living room. ALSO the underside of the island counter never was covered up. It's raw plywood if you look under it. Very sloppy job and they then slapped a "luxury" title on the place. My place needs new windows and a whole new doorjam/door at the very least. 4. Hot Water. I have MAYBE enough for a small bath. If you want to add more hot water, you are SOL. So it's just enough for a low bath and that's it. 5. Gym. The Gym has been down SINCE BEFORE I looked into this place October 2022. They advertise this great gym and stuff, and it's been "closed" with no ETA/care/since of urgency to get this reopened. 6. Walkway. Being on the 2nd floor, your whole walkway is neglected. The 1st floors get a groundskeeper to blow away all the debris and dust, but the uppers are left to deal with it and walk around it. I have POLLEN still on the upper walkway that never got blown off. There is sticks from trees and all kinds of stuff that collects in the middle of the path and the corners that no one cleans. Completely neglected. You gotta clear all that yourself with your own broom on the top if you want a clean area. NOT TO MENTION the rain that falls/collects in puddles up there due to the unevenness of the ground. 7. Communication. Good luck getting a call back or even someone to answer at the office. They are always nice yes, but if you leave a voicemail that is semi urgent you won't get a call back. I stopped calling altogether. 8. Pool. There are HORDES of unwatched children that take over the pools and destroy the furniture and throw them in the pool. DAILY. Also people have their dogs in the pools. The office gets called, but no sense of urgency to take care of it. Good luck wanting chill pool time anytime. read more

Absolutely horrible place to live. Very old apartments and rent is way too high for what is provided. Trying to get a return call from the office is a joke. They try to say they are remodeled but cabinets aren't straight, paint is on everything, very messy. They never fix work orders. Would not recommend renting here! read more

This place is the fucking worst. I don't often give bad reviews, but management is going downhill and FAST! The units themselves are nice, but that's about it. Maintenance takes forever to respond to requests (we had all outdoor lighting in our building for 8 units go completely dark and it took management 5 months to install new lighting - huge safety issue!!). It claims to be gated but the gates are either broken or purposefully left open half the time. I was followed by a tweaker while walking my dog - I had to call another resident to get me home safely. Valet trash is a joke! It looks like shit for everyone to leave their trash on their patios all day. Give us back the dumpsters and let us handle it ourselves. Oh and don't get me started if there's a serious complaint! My neighbors had a new family move in downstairs. While this is a non-smoking facility, this new family decided that didn't apply to them and they smoked INSIDE and outside of their unit. The smoke in their unit has seeped through the floors and vents and my neighbors' apartment now smells like cheap weed and cigarettes. Has management addressed the issue?? Not at all. The neighbors issued 5 complaints, another resident issued a complaint, and yet no action has been taken. But god forbid you leave food out for the stray kitties, or you'll get a lease violation written up against you. Absolute joke. These people need to pick their battles and actually enforce the rules/regulations that matter. Instead they're pushing out long standing residents to let any old riffraff move in. Thank you, next! I've been at creekside over 2 years now and it's great! I love how open the property is and it gets landscaped weekly so upkeep is nice. It's a great place to walk your dogs because theres plenty of paths and grass. Along with it is the fact that it's gated so even if I take my dogs out late im still safely inside. One new change I was happy to see is the management. The old managment was sort of sloppy and disorganized. Since the new management has come in information is much clearer and maintenance happens faster. I also made a personal mistake when renewing my lease and they allowed me to correct it even though everything was already signed into writing. Definitely recommend. read more

My boyfriend and I have been looking for our first apartment together. We both were a little worried looking for a place because we do not have much rental history. We finally came across Creekside Gardens! The whole experience went very smoothly, from looking at the different apartment (1 bedroom and 2 bedroom) to filling out the application. The process went fairly quickly not to mention the apartments are pet friendly! The person that does maintenance for the property keeps the place well maintained from trash to the swimming pools to the grass to the actual inside of the apartment. Pretty much to sum it up the management team is amazing and went above and beyond to help my boyfriend and I through the application process, so if you are looking for a place to rent then you should check out Creekside Gardens. :) read more

Just left the main office . Attempted to check out the property as a a potential home. When arrived the lady at the front desk was taking a call, handling a situation with negative feedback. Waited there for 5 mins no acknowledgement whatsoever. Not a place I want to consider as a place I would call home if this is how management handles someone who enters their office. Lived here for 8 months now and it's just been one thing after another. Little things that were never installed or needed fixed took around 5 months for them to finally come fix instead of submitting the work orders were completed. We had multiple people climb up to our second floor patio attempting to steal and always some kind of insect problem from the construction of surrounding apartments. I do not recommend read more

I had an amazing experience going in to tour the apartments and property, the ladies in the office were so helpful with the whole process and they have amazing deals going on too! The apartment I chose is not a remodeled unit and it still looks really nice with a better layout that other apartments I had seen in the area. This is the worst apartment in VACAVILLE! Where do I start? They offer valet trash. I posted the memo they gave me this year that stated if I put my trash out to be picked up at any time other than 6 PM to 9 PM on certain days they will charge me $25 fine PER BAG! They close down the dumpsters so we can't put the trash in them, and we are left with no other option. I requested to opt out of the valet trash, they said I can't. Management told me as a response, "We can't please everybody all the time." They also don't pick it up every day. So what am I supposed to do? Let my trash sit in my apartment and rot? This is going to add to the already current roach problem that we have. The flea problem during the summer is worse than the roach problem. The parking here is horrendous. Unless you have a handicap placard, they make you walk from the back of the apartments to wherever your apartment happens to be located. This is of course an exception to the current manager, Tiffany, who lives in the property. She can park her cars wherever she wants without the handicap placard, all the while making a mom of three little kids walk across the entire complex with groceries. It's no surprise that they moved out. Tiffany, the manager, walks around the apartment complex looking like a hooker. If you want a clean decent apartment who's management is professional, don't come here! They are overcharging for squalor. Every month I have a error on my bill and they can't seem to get their billing correct. I've asked for things to be fixed since before I moved in. It's been years now and they haven't fixed it yet. Everything is falling apart in these apartments. The Internet sucks. The cell reception sucks. They won't work with Xfinity to have it fixed. So if you need the Internet for work, you might as well forget about it! I've seen gas station bathrooms that are cleaner than this apartment complex. It's not worth the little savings you might get by getting a cheaper apartment. Pay the extra hundred dollars and live somewhere else! It's not worth the headache to try and live here. read more

I just moved in a few months and love the area and the complex is nice. But can some please explain to me why someone is constantly banging, drilling, mowing, and doing other VERY LOUD maintenance at 7-8am. I work over 45 hours a week so on the rare day that I get to sleep in I jump at the opportunity. This is just ridiculous residents don't get any notice about something being fixed or when they are supposed to mow the grass. So instead we are woken up by lawnmowers and drilling every other day. Love the apartments itself but that's just ridiculous we can't even get decent sleep. read more
