Worst experience ever!! Fire Ashlyn! I was invited by my uncle to a graduation celebration at his apartment pool. Our diverse family group (Black and Mexican) peacefully shared the space with a white visiting family for hours without issue. As soon as they left, a manager named Ashlyn approached us rudely, claiming we weren't tenants and had to leave. She gave shifting reasons, cut off elders, and threatened to call the police, despite no complaints or misconduct on our part. Her behavior was unprofessional, disrespectful, and clearly racially biased. She later falsely claimed we were aggressive and "cussed her out"We're educators and were calm and respectful throughout. Ashlyn ruined what was a joyful occasion, and I'm willing to speak with higher management to formally address this. Kindness and fairness should be the standard. read more

Hi, I was with a tenant and had approval to be at the pool, but we were asked to leave by Ashlyn, while a larger group--who didn't seem to be on the lease--was allowed to stay. There's roaches spiders and a bed bug infestation at this place. I literally got bit all over my back and had to toss out a 1k+ dollar couch that got infested with spiders. I woke up every day cleaned the house however there isn't enough cleaning you can do to get rid of roaches with they're everywhere on the complex. I do NOT recommend anyone stays here it was extremely traumatizing. read more

The unit I rented was leased dirty and unsecured with both sliding and screen door locks broken at time of lease signing, while the leasing team signed off that the unit was in Good condition. Unable to move items into unit until secured, yet they still charged me for the days the unit sat with broken locks. Extremely bad work ethics demonstrated by the leasing agent. Units are old, NOT updated, NOT maintained. Chipping countertops, patched up old flooring, cheap cabinet overlays peeling off, dirty old electric oven, ring apparent in tub. The place is disgusting. I don't even know where to start. Good god if you are in any way shape or form able to avoid this absolute horror show of an apartment complex PLEASE do. Being military, we've lived in many apartments over the years and never expect perfection. However, this place seriously gave me renting PTSD. $2700 a month for spiders, ants, black mold, broken in cars, water that smells like eggs, and FLOODING. There were MULTIPLE occasions where I woke up and stepped in soaking wet carpet, having to have the entire bedroom wall ripped out, and having random strangers in and out of my apartment whenever they pleased for two weeks. There is 0 communication with maintenance and management whatsoever and 0 help from "corporate." After fixing it the first time, surprise surprise! The same exact spot flooded AGAIN. Cool, rip out the carpet again... whatever. As long as it's fixed right? Wrong. Black mold all over the wall from the moisture. They also they refused to put us in a hotel while all this was going on because it was still "inhabitable"... I'm sorry, huh? If it couldn't get worse, they left dehumidifiers plugged in for two weeks and made our electric bill over $700 that month. When asked for reimbursement, we were offered a whopping $5. Thanks but no thanks. This complex continues to do crappy patch jobs and refuses to renovate their units, waiting for their next victim to come rent it out. Not to mention, the manager lives on the property and acts like she owns the place - following 0 of the community rules herself (not leashing her dog or picking up after it, smoking in the unit, letting her kids throw basketballs at neighbors doors.) Management... Please! I'm particularly writing after reviewing that clearly there is a management issue here! Today, several cars were broken into. The last thing anyone would like to hear is "I can't sit at a computer all day looking at the gates" have compassion, hopefully it doesn't happen to you! Also, our gates have been left open! TLDR: Nice community but they charged $800 in fees once I moved out and claimed they are "standard move out charges". Would recommend finding a place that is more upfront about their move out costs. First off, I would like to say that this review would have probably been 5-stars if it was written PRIOR to me moving out. I never had any issues with noise, the front office staff was super nice, and maintenance was always quick to come out for any problems I had. As an active-duty military member, having peace of mind at home is at the top of my lists of priorities. With that said, the move out process with North Point has been the WORST that I've ever experienced. I had a 3-bedroom apartment that I lived in by myself for 3 years. I left it in great condition, but I was realistic and still assumed that there would be "some" charges for cleaning since I was there for so long. To my shock, I was billed $800 in fees. $275 for cleaning, $175 for carpet cleaning, and $350 for painting. I reached out to the office to ask where these charges came from, because every apartment I've ever lived in only billed you extra for things that were "above and beyond normal wear and tear". There was nothing like that in my unit, so I was confused. The assistant property manager responded to my inquiry with an email that only said: "These are the basic move out charges". In my opinion, if these are "basic" charges then they should be listed in the lease so you can have a reasonable expectation that your security deposit will go towards that and that you'll have extra fees to pay. I was also confused on how they could bill me for services that hadn't even been completed yet. After speaking with the main manager, she informed me that they bill ALL tenants for the costs to turn the unit after they move out. Had I known this, I wouldn't have even bothered cleaning up or trying to keep the place in nice shape while I was there. I thought being military would help my case, but she literally laughed in my ear when I said that it was weird that they charge all these fees to people regardless of if there was any damage or not. Before moving out you can ask to have someone from the office do a walk through of your apartment to tell you if there is anything that might require you to pay extra. NO ONE showed up to do mine, even after calling the office to remind them. When I brought this up, the manager said "it's only a courtesy" which doesn't make sense since it's literally listed in the lease. In the end, I got tired of going back and forth with them so I just paid the fees, but I would NEVER send any of my friends their way in the future. read more

I'm coming on here to let everyone know that this apartment complex could care less about the people living in it was much as they are okay with letting theft happen all over this place. I've lived here since May 2021 and pay $2,800 for a two bedroom apartment. My Cadillac converter has gotten stolen off my car TWICE in one month. My husbands truck has gotten broken into TWICE. second time, being last night which is why this is my last straw. I haven't even bothered trying to contact the front office BECAUSE THEY DONT HELP YOU. The first time my husbands truck got broken into it was caught on camera and they still refused to push the issue further. They're response was "we aren't reliable for your safety" if that's the case, what is the point of living in a gated community where mine you the front gate is open from about 8am-5pm Monday-Friday: and broken on the weekends. Mailroom and package room have gotten broken into multiple times, peoples cars have been stolen out of the complex (heard from a neighbor that has lived here for 10+ years, why? Idk) not to mention whoever broke into my husbands truck now has keys to get into the front gate, mailroom and package room. I'm at the point where I'm not mad at the people stealing from us as much as I am mad at the complex for not helping us. this is also a huge complex, in this huge complex there is only ONE camera in the whole place, a camera that isn't useful to the management because when crime is seen on it, they do nothing. I am not happy living here, I have lived in a crappy neighbor hood where thrift didn't even happen, I live in what looks like a nice apartment complex but it's not. I've had the worst living experience in this apartment and the service from Cheryl Dunston, the property manager, is horrible. She does NOT care. I've been experience the most disturbing vibration coming from the furnace in the unit above me for three months now, with most nights in January and February resulting in me having to sleep in my car right in front of my apartment unit. the VIBRATION can be heard AND FELT all night long. DO NOT RENT HERE!! This was seriously the worst experience I have ever had with an apartment complex. From them trying to charge us over $4,000 for move out fees!!! The carpet being the main charge.. even tho our carpet had stains & smelt of cat pee that day we moved in and multiple complaints & nothing being done so we ended up paying someone to come clean it. Needless to say I was able to dispute that because I had pictures of the day we moved in & refused to pay it. To our apartment being INFESTED with MOLD!!! And then trying to hide it. The vendor they hired told us it was mold & we had it on video & the still tried to DENY IT!!! After multiple attempts of trying to have it fixed and maintenance just covering it with caulking, I reached out to the health department & that's when they took me seriously. My kid was sick the whole time living there because it was in his bedroom window, bathroom, everywhere he was !! ever since we moved out he hasn't been sick, imagine that. The management is extremely unprofessional. Honestly, the list goes on. This place is horrible & trying to get anything fixed or to speak to someone that will actually do something, is impossible. Aesthetically, these apartments are nice on the outside. But to be a resident paying $2400 for a ONE bedroom, these are not it. Not only is rent high, I mean.. it's California and Vacaville, I get it, but the leasing office girls Ashlyn and Ashli are terrible. Not always. Sometimes their customer service personalities come through and they can be helpful. However, 97% of the time, they are not helpful whatsoever. Don't bother calling "security" for any help because they're lazy guys who are just here to get paid. As far as the chicks in office, I've called regarding issues with neighbors being loud, nothing gets done. People smoking outside my door, nothing gets done. Put in a maintenance request, they won't come until days later. My washer flooded my floors, they took out all my laundry and put it in my bathtub, left the drying unit there WAY LONGER then the time frame they were supposed to remove it, causing all my laundry to mold in my tub and mold the actual tub itself. Water heater was shut off when I first moved in and when the guy finally came to review it, he said "oh yeah sometimes they just do that." ??? shouldn't that be something that is done BEFORE a new tenant moves in? I also didn't have any stove burner drip pans when first moved in. They came to put them on but the guy said "usually we would have to charge you." Usually charge ME for something THAT SHOULD ALREADY BE THERE?! WHAT?!??? They state in the lease, it is on you to pay for repairs or cleaning when moving out, yet they charge you for that anyway. So really, what's the point of cleaning? Your deposit will end up going to them anyway. This complex, or the owners of these apartments are money hungry and it's kinda gross. Lastly, the gates will never be fixed and the mailroom is constantly bring broken into and all your shit will continue to get stolen because "Im so sorry you've had an unpleasant experience. please call blah blah blah and they will respond within 2 business days." yeah whatever. Here comes the crazy info I get after moving out. My final bill after moving out is 1,700!!! In move out costs. I'm also told I get only 14 days from the day I moved out to pay it or I'm getting sent to collections by the rudest employee Ashlyn. I'll be attaching the copy of all the charges here. But $160 just to clean $100 to paint $1200 in carpet charges is just a few items. I lived there 1 year. Now I'm be threatened with collections. I lived in this apartment 1 yr and in another apartment on this same property 3 and never had this problem when Lynette was the manager. I have been residing at North Pointe since August of 2017 and we renew our lease each year. We like the location and the environment and the management team has been amazing with us, particularly Ashlyn! They have been accommodating and helpful every time we needed something. It's a great pet friendly environment and my doggie has been very happy here as well. Mostly I like the fact that its very quiet. You have the occasional tenants that don't know how to respect the environment and create some disruption, but for the most part it is very quiet. I have had several incidents regarding packages not reaching their intended recipient within the last 12 months especially and I have lived here for 3.5 years. Random days with no notice of the package and mailrooms being closed. It is ridiculous, I simply pay too much to live here as it is, it's a slap in the face to also deal with unreliable access to my personal mail and products I purchase. If I didn't have family in town to send mail and packages to then I'd be SOL, it looks like I will be permanently dealing with the inconvenience of going across town to receive my packages from now on because it certainly beats the headache of hunting couriers and merchants down to constantly tell them the same asinine excuse as to why I need a refund. Whoever has been receiving my packages must be very lucky and lucrative, I don't buy cheap sh*t. This issue could be resolved easily however, again, it has happened several times throughout the year so therefore it seems like the property management company could care less to resolve residents concerns. This review is not reflective of the majority of staff onsite, Ashlynn and others have been extremely helpful to me throughout the years but their higher ups simply suck!!! read more

I am about to move out an apartment I rarely occupied because my home is in another state. I basically slept here 3-4 days a week over 42 weeks after a grueling day at work. I never had guests, and I treated the apartment the way I would want my homes treated. The paint is as I found it upon move-in, and they are trying to say it is fair. No way. I never used the bedroom or the bedroom closets. I slept in the living room and my clothes are in suitcases. I never use the dining area or office area. I used 5/12 cabinets, which all remain in good condition. The floors are in good condition. There is a window they never fixed, so it doesn't shut all the way, but the windows are as I found them, except they did fix the one in the bedroom. A hanging blind was missing and never replaced. As a landlord, I can say my apartment is in good condition, but they checked fair for everything because California law allows them to charge for anything not in good condition. I will be going to small claims court if they try to steal my deposit. Again, I am a landlord. I would never try to rip off my tenants in this way. All I want is to be treated fairly, and that pre-inspection report is bogus. read more

The increase was $180/mo which stressed me out because Im a single mom living here with my son. I've seen some bad reviews here and I was nervous to move in myself. But after a little over a month I can say YAY! The staff here (Basira especially) are amazing, helpful and sweet! They gave no BS about pricing. At first when she told us prices go up every day we don't put down the holding fee we thought "total selling bs" nope! 100% true, pricing depends on units available. It WILL go up daily if units are rare. So kind, patient and sweet. Another example is that there was this one unit where the person was smoking on their patio, annoying everyone else! So someone complained and the apt complex sent a very nice, email to that person to please stop. And they did! Because it was me! Haha, I didn't know it was a non smoking complex. The email was very nice and cordial. This is such a quiet and serine environment. Moving from a house I was worried. But you NEVER hear your neighbors and it is so clean and well kept. I will always recommend this complex. It's been a joy to live here. You won't regret it! read more

Check out these courts, Both have been neglected. After numerous attempts to have them fixed, nothing has been done. The maintenance workers here are great. But the management is horrible. Don't expect to have things done around this place. Good for people who just need a place to sleep. Don't bring your kids. Gates remain open for hours on end, always seem to be malfunctioning. Break ins have occured, can't really stop that but just an f.y.i. Basically they put money or remodeling into the wrong places. They put a new sign in the entrance that lights up at night that had to have cost over 10k rather than fix our amenities that could of been way way less. Smh.. read more

I am very disappointed in this property. I have gotten nothing but attitude and disrespect from the people in the office, specifically cheryl and ashlyn. It's sad because this property is so lovely but they make it unbearable. This property has so much potential if only the right people were hired. It is also a shame that i have to do this anonymously because for some reason we live in a free country with the freedom of speech yet i have to worry about my place of living being threatened for voicing my real issues with the people here. This is long winded but hey... we are taking about a place where people live and need to feel safe. Let me start by saying this complex is huge. One person on another side of the complex could have a COMPLETELY different experience than we did, but I cannot let my experience slide. I also want to say we were living here after selling our home and while waiting to move into a new home. I love home ownership. We choose this place because I thought it would be safe. First, I'll start with the positives. Maintenance was awesome!!. I loved talking to them. They were always very responsive. We did have a few problems with our apartment which shows that the place is aging/was not built well. The ladies in the front office were incredibly sweet. I never had issues with them, when I refer to management in this review this is not them - although one had the title of assistant management type, but I don't think she contributes to what I am about to say. My biggest warning for this management company is they give no grace. My bad for being late so I won't say this is their fault but my word. You turn in your rent 4 days late you will get a $125! (Once again I came from owning where I had a 15 day grace period...) I just want those of you that don't read the fine print they want their money ASAP. Now let me get into the crazy incidents we encountered while here. Did you hear about that car that lit on fire in the complex? Yeah that was 4 cars away from us. Not on management, but it was pretty terrifying. We lost parking for a month after that incident. The ladies in the front gave us new spots. We never received any communication on the incident from management. I snoop with a local firefighter and did find out it was arson. It was a triggering event as we had just literally gotten over the major fires in September. The complex was pretty quiet up until this point... In late September early October we got new downstairs neighbors.. on the first night they let it be known that they were going to be a fun group to live around. By their first morning the cops were out and this is what we dealt with for the next 4 months. In fact, you could see when Vacaville PD rolled up "it was just another day." We are certain one was a prostitute because she was always outside on the phone listing her prices. On top of being insanely loud they were heavy smokers IN THEIR APARTMENT. So we always got to smell it all from the vents (I have toddlers) I was saddened that this behavior was allowed for months, especially paying $2,300 a month to this place. And just because of that I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but felt I needed to today.As I was looking for reviews for a service I was going to use for my car, this site popped up. It is where I have resided for over a year, and just signed a new one year lease. I was going to continue what I came to this site for, to check our car services, but I started reading the reviews for North Pointe apartments​ after I saw soooo many negative reviews; I was curious. Being a business owner myself, actually 4 businesses, I was appalled​ at the reviews I just read, and how undeserving, in my opinion. I have homes in different states​ and am here a lot due to family and business, so I see and hear a lot. I think it is imperative to, and my responsibility, to give my opinion, for fairness sake.First of all, I am ​very picky about management, cleanliness, safety, and noise. There are hundreds of units in this complex. So, here is my review...Let's start with management.MANAGEMENT: I needed to find a place to live and decided to start my task of looking. I had compiled a list of various apartment complexes and homes that I had an interest in. My last stop, due to my route, was at North Pointe. It was around closing time for the leasing office. The Leasing​ Manager, Lanette Rogers, very friendly and helpful, offered to show me around. I was so tired of meeting and seeing properties all day that was​ so disappointing, that this overall experience was a breath of fresh air. I liked what I saw and heard. Lanette stated that if I had further interest, I could come back the next day, or so, and review the paperwork; there was absolutely​​ no pressure. The next day I walked into the leasing office, I can tell you without a doubt, that it was a very pleasant experience. I was greeted in a very professional manner​ and was told that they would be right with me while they were helping another potential client. To this day, Every. Single. Time. I have been in the office, emailed them, or called​ they have all been very fast to respond and happy to help. Rating: 5 STAR ENVIRONMENT: The apartment grounds are always being maintained and in great order. Management is quick to respond to any complaints​ and to make sure all tenants and guests are abiding by the rules. This may irritate some​ or many people, but...it is what it is. I read where there were complaints about cars sitting around, repairs needing to be made in the units, etc. My opinion is that I want cars that are basically abandoned to be removed, repairs in the units are fixed (many other tenants told me when I first moved in that the management was wonderful about fixing things), and yes there will be noise, and issues. But, isn't that the case anywhere you live?? The part that is important is will the management team resolve the issue? Yes, they did/do solve issues immediately, I'm talking within the hour or so if possible. If they cannot immediately, they keep in touch and follow-up. UNITS: I have been in mine, and two other units visiting. Never, have I nor the other tenants, complained about the smell in the units. When I moved in, and now, no smells. Walls clean, new carpet (which I see management changing all of the time in units).The toilets were recently changed to low-flow, and if an appliance needs changing out, they are quick to do it usually within 1 hour to 1 day! PARKING: I have never had an issue with parking.But, if someone parks in an area that is marked for another tenant, yes...you are notified.Again, one must abide by the rules! CLUBHOUSE​/POOLMAILROOM​/PARCEL ROOM:There is an excellent system in place where when you receive a package you are notified by email/text.You are provided a code to access the package.There are also fobs, given to you at the ​signing of your lease, to access the main mailroom/parcel clubhouse areas. This is for extra security. These areas, when I have been through there, were always in exceptional condition. MOVE-OUT: I cannot comment on this...I'm still here for about another year, or so. Yes, I will probably be charged a fee, but don't we all expect that to some degree?I treat my home with respect and pride.I call maintenance to fix things or replace things as needed. It is more due to preserving someone else's investment, not because it is making my life miserable. Yes, this review may sound a little too positive in comparison to the majority of the reviews, but it is the absolute truth! I get nothing from writing this review other than the feeling that this establishment deserves a fair shake, and hopefully,​ it will help someone to make an informed decision when deciding where they want to ​live. We have been living at North Pointe for a little over two years, and have loved every minute of it. We have had a few maintenance issues, which have always been resolved graciously and quickly. The office staff is always helpful and has always gone above and beyond for us. Lanette and Monica in particular have been the best administrative team we have worked with and we've been in 4 separate complexes in the past 6 years. This is the longest we've ever stayed in an apartment; we're sad to leave. While we didn't use the amenities frequently the clubhouse and pool area are pretty incredible and there is almost always a lively crowd at the pool in warm weather. Our neighbors are outgoing and friendly and we've gotten to know most of the people around us. The staff have worked with us hand-in-hand since their first day when they took over and we couldn't have been happier living here. read more

The 2nd floor apartment was outdated- cracking grout, mismatched appliances- the dryer had crayon stains on top. Ants were a problem as well as spiders. My side of the complex was quiet so I had none of the noise issues others did. What they don't tell you is that your 600 deposit is non refundable based on their move out fee structure. The 2×2 bedroom has an automatic 180 dollar clean fee regardless of if you clean it or not. The repainting fee, carpet cleaning etc by the time is done your deposit is no more. Don't bother cleaning the apartment or carpets, just move out since this is "standard". read more

Don't live here if you want to pay your rent by credit card. They say they offer that, but they didn't tell you it's with a third party vendor that charges you $39.95 each month to accept and process your credit card to pay your rent. What's worse, each month, North Pointe Apartments CANNOT get their data system to talk to Pay Rent By Phone data system so they have your current rent balance to pay your rent with your credit card by phone. I have to call the office every month to get them to send the data over. I can't be the only one who pays my rent with a credit card. I've talked to other apartment complexes and they only charge $5 a month and they do it right in their office or on their website. I would NOT recommend you live here if you want to pay your rent by credit card. Find another place and avoid this place at all costs unless you want to pay an additional $480 a year to pay your rent by credit card. I'm moving out as soon as my lease is up. I've been having to do this since January of this year. What a hassle and rip off. read more

You charged us for "resurfacing" some hideous outdated countertops that were previously damaged (meaning before) when we moved in. We made several complaints over the years we rented there. If management actually logged the complaints is the real question. You guys raised the rent every chance you got instead of taking care of loyal tenants. Horrible!! This place is waaaaaaaay Over-priced for Flees and Roaches!! Yes, I said Cockroaches indeed! Don't believe me? Follow a car in there "gated place" or just walk in easy enough. Take a walk in the evening especially around the garbage....... they are everywhere. We could not walk are dog with out stepping on those discusting things! The staff is bad. I honestly have to wonder if they get paid extra to be so stinking rude. My Advise is STAY AWAY and you'll stay sane. read more

We moved in around April 2017 and are still currently residents of the community. When we first moved here, we rented out a 1bd/1br unit. For a single person, it is very spacious. Especially the bathroom. Very large bathtub. The apartments have a very "homely" feel to them. The crown molding on the ceiling really add to that touch. If I had to nitpick anything about the 1 bedroom unit we stayed in, it would be that there wasn't enough natural light. That was just unfortunate to the particular unit we were in. The neighboring building completely blocked out the sun and on top of that, we were on the first floor. Before our leased ended, we decided to upgrade to a 2bd/1br unit. We gained an additional 142 sq ft. and an additional room. The living room space feels a bit smaller, but that is due to how the floor plan is layed-out. The master bedroom feels much larger, but the bathroom tub is smaller than the 1 bedroom's. There were a couple of trade-offs, but overall we love the layout and location of our unit. We get much more natural light coming into the apartment. Another specific difference between the two is that our 1bd had tile flooring, and the 2bd has the linoleum wood flooring. I was told that the linoleum wood flooring is replacing the tile floors. All units come with a washer and dryer and patio/balcony. The landscaping of the complex is beautiful. Compared to the neighboring apartment communities around us, North Pointe has them beat. There is a lot of greenery to be seen, a children's park, basketball court, and a community pool. Most of the tenants here are very nice and respectful. Aside from one person parking there car in my parking spot overnight (it probably was someone's guest), the community has been great. As far as staff and management goes, we initially moved in with the previous management property and they were great (Christina K and Ashley S. were awesome). We moved into the 2 bedroom unit during property management change. I was a bit apprehensive at first, but they were able to transition us into our new unit with no problems. So far, during the course of our stay with new management(MG Properties), it had been a bit bumpy at first, especially with so many new faces in and out of the office. However, Basira, the assistant property manager, has been absolutely SUPER! I cannot stress how professional, prompt, helpful, and sweet she has been with addressing any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is also very prompt and usually address issues in less than 24 hours. Overall, I think North Pointe Apartments is one of the better apartment communities in the city of Vacaville. It's a gated community located in a quiet secluded residential area which makes it feel very safe. It also has easy access to the freeway if your communicate east or west. The price may be a bit more on the premium side, but the safety and comfort are worth it. read more

I called the maintenance after-hours number when my washing machine started leaking water. Taylor was amazing!! He responded very quickly to my call and fixed my washing machine that night. I was very impressed with the service and quick response to my situation. read more

So early in the week I scheduled a tour w/ Diane on Friday 430pm (today) I called today @ 1149am to confirm my appointment. The lady said they got me down for a tour w/ Diane @ 430. Then she came off cocky "dont forget to bring your credit card in case you want to get something here." I am just getting my feet wet. Well my wife my 7 month old & myself showed up today @ 430 & no one was there only a sign saying will return @ 5pm. Wtf my wife & I rushed home from work showerd & got our 7month old ready & made it on time & they couldn't & no call to me either. Very unprofessional I read & ignored the yelp reviews about the office staff well I should've listen to them. In short I am done with them I will be taking my business elsewhere there's plenty of these complexes in town read more

Two stars for being a quiet gated Community with amenities and having washer and dryers in the unit. Parking is not bad. Our apartment was very musty. Humid to the point were hang drying cloths was a challenge. Maybe it was our first floor apartment. Either way it smelt and when we met bed out we had to make our couch a garage couch because it brought the smell to our new home. All finishes are cheap. Paint was actually peeling of the baseboards. Carpet was low quality. Lawn was full of fleas. Trash area was like city dump. They need to remodel to justify $1900 a month for a 2 bedroom. read more

Do not move here!!!! the office staff is absolutely horrible some of the rudest people i have ever met! I received 30 dollars of my 600 dollar deposit when I kept my apartment immaculate !! They are seriously a joke , yeah the apartments are nice ( way overpriced) but its not worth all the hassle and them stealing your money! read more
