I sent in for a Contour session to remove some left over fat and skin after a large weight loss. The people were very professional and then environment was wonderful. I was not expecting magic, but did expect to see a small change after the session. I saw no change, I gave it a couple of weeks and drank the 90+oz's of water each day as they recommended. Still no change, I would continue but at about $180 per session it is just not worth the risk of spending so much more without results so I have canceled my next appt in April. Just tried it out for the first time and I was strangely impressed! You strip down to a sports bra and shorts (if able) and go in the chamber for about 3 min. They play any kind of music you want and you're encouraged to move around to keep warmer. Ha! Keeping warm in a -145 degree chamber! Go with friends as it makes the time go much quicker! The staff are extremely knowledgeable and will explain how and why everything works the way it does. This place is Amazing!! I can not tell you how much I love this place. The new owners have added so many new options and have an unbelievable cost for monthly all inclusive recovery services: Whole body cryo, local cryo, normatec compressions (legs, hips, arms), 2 red light rooms, 2 infrared saunas, theragun, vibration plate. You can do all 7 services every day!!! I feel so amazing after doing the chamber, talk about feeling energized wow makes my recovery so much better after my workouts and for just everyday use. It was cold...ice cold. Well the chamber was at -120 degrees and you stay in for around 3 minutes! It really did not feel that bad. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. I got one add on treatment as well and did the Theragun on my shoulders. If you are sore from exercise or health issues I highly recommend it! read more

I have been wanting to try this out doe a few months. I finally went with two girlfriends. I wasn't really sure what this was all about but the staff was wonderful and walked you through the process step by step. You first register with a touch screen computer. Once registered you change into the clothes you will wear in the chamber. You cannot wear any metal, so I wore a sports bra and running shorts. You can wear your own socks or use theirs. I opted for theirs as I was nervous my socks could be damp. They give you a hat, slippers, mittens, plastic gloves to put under the mittens and a hospital mask. Once dressed, you pick music you want to listen to while in the chamber. They then take your body temperature and you go into the chamber. I went in with my two friends, we talked and danced. It was cold! And the longer you stay you really feel it. We were in for 3mins. That was plenty! They take your body temperature as you are walking out of the chamber. I walked on the treadmill for a minute to warm back up. They offer three add on to the chamber service and I opted for the normatec leg compression which was very neat. I felt great when I left and even better the next day. I can't wait to go back! read more

I would highly recommend the chamber for anyone that suffers from back pain and inflammation. You pick cool music and step in. I dance and sing, makes the 3 1/2 minutes fly by. I feel amazing, gives me energy and a pick me up after a busy day. Just do it, it's amazing! read more
