We stayed at Rocky Creek Cottage and despite what their website says it is NOT motorcycle friendly. From trying to enter the gate code on an incline while balancing the bike to the EXTREMELY steep inclined driveway, this place was NOT motorcycle friendly. The living room only had a couch and a chair which could not seat all 6 in our party. The chairs at the dining room table were worn out and uncomfortable. The master bed was not comfortable and creeked & groaned with each little movement. The hot tub was half full. Overall, not a good experience. And again, IT WAS NOT MOTORCYCLE FRIENDLY!!! read more

So, as I mentioned before, my friends and I wanted to make Watershed Cabins a yearly tradition. My husband and I returned with friends to the Great Smoky Mountains, this time to Fontana View 1, a 2BR value cabin. The view was breathtaking, and the cabin was cozy with very comfortable bedding. We had some issues with the coffee pot being broken, and I'm happy to say that Watershed delivered a brand new replacement quickly. I'm afraid the positive feedback ends there. Apparently, "value" means you get to deal with mice and collapsing porches. We read the notice about critters in the area and the advice to put all of our food in airtight containers and considered it helpful. We just figured Watershed was warning us about raccoons and bears OUTSIDE. We went to bed the first night, and I couldn't sleep at all. I kept hearing tons of scurrying, scratching and rustling INDOORS. Our dog was also growling at something in her crate in the middle of the night. Come morning there were fresh mouse droppings on the kitchen counter, and when I looked behind the washer/dryer unit upstairs, I have no doubt the dog was growling at mice back there too. It was, to put it mildly, disgusting and disheartening. We did try to move past this and enjoy the rest of the cabin during the day. There was an outdoor fireplace and grill that we were anxious to use. Unfortunately, we couldn't get the grill to work because one propane tank was empty and the other was closed so tightly none of us could open the valve. We wound up cooking our steaks indoors (in the mousy kitchen). We did, however, enjoy a nice fire outside for a few hours. After the fire, we went inside to watch a movie and try to ignore the mice we saw running around the kitchen. Around midnight, we started hearing loud thumps, pops, and other noises like stuff was being knocked over on the porch. After the rest of the weekend's experiences, we figured it was just raccoons trying to get into the garbage can, but we never saw anything. It wasn't raccoons. It wasn't a bear. It wasn't even mice. It was the fireplace blowing flagstone off its face and then falling off the deck. We woke up in the morning to find a gaping hole in the porch and flames in the yard. We put the fire out ourselves, and fortunately Watershed was very kind about it saying they would come view the damage when we checked out. We left at 11AM, and I think they were driving up the mountain as we were driving down. Here's the interesting thing though: Looking at their website, Fontana View 1 used to have a much larger fireplace and a built in grill, so I'm thinking this isn't the first time something like this has happened in that cabin! Perhaps that's why they were so nonchalant about it? Overall, I'd still go back to Watershed Cabins, but I would definitely avoid the value class, and I would stick to staying in the Watershed Resort area where we stayed last year. I would probably also ask a lot of questions before booking a particular cabin... I feel like they deserve the chance to make this better and impress me again. read more

We stayed at the Call of the Wild cabin. It was beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. The cabin came fully equipped with everything we needed and then some. Plenty of firewood for the outdoor fire pit. A starter kit for the fire. Chemicals for the hot tub. Plenty of towels and sheets. Laundry supplies. Dishes and kitchen supplies. Etc. The cabin was well maintained and immaculate. There were a few bugs (mosquitos) in the house upon arrival, but you're in the woods so it's to be expected. Only complaint was the drive way. I would recommend a 4WD vehicle. We had a Kia Optima which got stuck every time we tried to leave the house. We called the office and they told us they would scrape the driveway (which they did) but it did not help. Overall great stay. We will be back with watershed cabins! read more

I must admit that the reviews had me anxious and ready to cancel. Some reviews eluded to being returning guests and that the property had declined. Perhaps it's certain cabins and how they are maintained but our experience in 2015 and 2020 are both amazing. This one, even better! The Yard, the trails, the cabins...all so BEAUTIFUL! We stayed in Watershed 10 and you can tell the labor of love that these owners poured into their cabin. The cleanliness was what caught my attention. Even the grounds, porches, furniture were clean. This is a stunning cabin. All the thoughtful touches! I even brought insect spray because of certain posts saying there was an "infestation" but our cabin owners had a can of spray and in the book it detailed the type of bugs you could see. It was "regular" cabin bugs...spider, grass hopper, stink bug and maybe like 2-3. No infestation here! There is even a journal in the table of past guests who write how much they loved their stay. My Fiance and I just stayed in the Wren's Nest property for 3 nights. It was our first time in the area and staying in a Watershed property. Overall it was a great cabin and a great experience. Below I'm going to break it down into facts I wish I knew and then some pros and cons. What I wish I would have known: -WiFi is included only if you pick up a device from the office. It was in the instructions but was overlooked by us.We opted not to get it and with Sprint our phones were basically paperweights so be prepared with maps, hikes etc beforehand -The road in the community to get to the cabin was crazy. Very narrow, on cliffs, steep etc. so hopefully you bring a solid car with a little power -The road in our GPS gave us was actually the famous Devil's Tail. Again, steep, constant sharp turns and cliffs. The 30 mile stretch takes like an hour and a half. It's pretty for 5 minutes but then gets old really quick so if you can avoid it I would. Pros -bed was insanely comfortable -cabin was stocked well with most things you would need to cook etc -very clean and well taken care of it looks like -nice and private property Cons -hot tub had LF error on the last night so when we went to get in after going out to dinner it was stuck at 84 degrees. You have a number to call after hours but since it wasn't an emergency I just left a voicemail. I never got a call back and we have since checked out. Bummer because the hot tub was actually a deciding factor for why we chose this over another rental and also not sure why nobody even bothered to reach out at all afterward. -water pressure in shower was low, kind of pees on your head -wood for the fireplace is stored uncovered essentially so it was soaked through and practically not usable. We had to go buy some dry word to start with. read more

We stayed in "Treehouse D" for two nights. The space is ideal for two people. You have a full kitchen, full bath, large living area with a fireplace, and a good sized bed room and a washer/dryer. The covered porch area has a high top table with chairs, two rockers and a Jacuzzi on the end of the porch, which is perfect for two people. Watershed is located just a few minutes outside of town, yet you feel like you are all alone up on the mountain. The resort has two hiking trails, a common area with horseshoes, cornhole, and a great swing that looks out over the mountain. They provided all the amenities that you need including firewood to start an outside fire. One FYI is that they do not provide daily house cleaning service. read more

I guess we are NOT all in this together. I recently had to cancel a trip to the mountains that was the first weekend in June. There were 12 of us going so travel with all that is going on wasn't looking promising, especially because we didn't know if we would be in Phase 2 yet. So staying in a house with over the limit seemed to defy the governor's orders. We rented through Watershed Cabins, in Bryson City, NC. I had to cancel within 30 days to get a refund back, but they informed me that I would still be charged a cancellation fee. I can't believe that with all that is going on they won't refund my cancellation fee. I get policy and respect that, but due to the circumstances, wouldn't you think exceptions would be made?? I am disappointed in this company and their lack of empathy in these times. I believe that COVID-19 is a pandemic currently, but who cares to this company. read more

CABIN: Cabin in the Clouds / Fontana View I must preface this by stating that we've stayed at Watershed Cabins in another cabin many times and have raved about it. This time, however, I was extremely disappointed. For starters. This cabin starts off their listing with the fact that the kitchen is appointed for a "gourmet". And it was ... because THIS gourmet brought her kitchen with and thankfully, otherwise I would not have been able to chop and onion! THE PROS: The view is beautiful. The hot tub location was great - very private ... if that's what you're looking for. The decks were nice. THE CONS: As far as the interior of the house, for this one to be labeled as a "Super" is a stretch. Maybe a Deluxe, but not a Super. The interior was dated, it was worn out and there wasn't much to it. It could use a little personality. What lighting that was available in the kitchen (a couple of overhead cans) were burned out. Granted, Mr. Maintenance came the same day we called, but when you check in in the middle of the evening, you expect to be able to see in the kitchen. The hot tub was a not-so-hot tub (a friend of mine and I refer that to that as the "NOT Tub"). Bed linens were pilled and downright itchy, sadly. TELEVISION - And I would say this about all of their cabins - Step into the new millennium, folks ... a flat screen is NOT that expensive. Enough with the shoddy tv-set from the 80s! All in all, Watershed Cabins is a great place to stay. There are many options of all price ranges. I will absolutely book again - just not in CABIN IN THE CLOUDS. read more

We try to stay in a Watershed Cabin every year if we can help it -- we absolutely LOVE these cabins. We have stayed in: Moose Trax, Dances with Wolves, and Nantahala Gorgeous. I think the first two are no longer available, but we have had equally wonderful experiences at all three! We always go in the winter because we spend the whole weekend relaxing by the fireplace, lounging in the hot tub w/ a glass of wine, playing pool and enjoying a little romance. We just went a few weekends ago, and... it snowed!! We sat in the hot tub and caught snowflakes on our tongue. Magical to say the least. We love that they feel luxurious without too luxurious of a price tag. HIGHLY recommend any of them! We have often chosen a weekend here over more exotic destinations just because we enjoy them so much -- a true vacation. read more

I have stayed with Watershed Cabins 50 times or more, why because they are quite special cabins. Every single cabin I have ever booked with them is special and unique, with cinematic views of the Blue Ridge, easy access to the cabins, and the amazing hospitality the staff has always shown to their guests. I wish their was another word for them because cabin is an understatement, Leather sofas, top of the line kitchens with granite countertops, surround sound, soft linens, most have flat panel tvs and outdoor fire pits! Cherry on top, hot tubs with views of millions of stars and the clearest nights I have ever had the fortune to share. The cabins are always spotless, never had even a curtain out of place, stocked with wood piles for the fire pits, new bottles of propane for the grilles and lights on for when you check in. The cabins are truly spotless and totally beyond all expectations for Mountain living. The cabin keys have ingles discount cards for the guests and if you are truly a planner, they will deliver the groceries to you! I have had some issues, propane ran out or little hot to use electric logs when the pilot light goes out, but the emergency phone number is manned and responses are prompt and professional! The reservations people are amazing and communicative, the rewards program makes it even better and I recommend Watershed to anyone staying in the Bryson City Area. read more

My boyfriend & I stayed in one of the Treehouse units, which is a 4plex of completely private individual 1 room units. First, the cabin lived up to it's description. To keep noise down, this area does not allow children or pets and guests are limited to 2 per cabin. It was perfectly quiet our entire stay (but for some construction in the distance). The porch is totally private and you can't see other guests' porches or cars. The kitchen was fully equipped, the TV had a million channels, and the bed was super comfortable. There's a gas fireplace & an outdoor fireplace as well. I would defintely return here. I deducted one star due to the incorrect directions I received on the phone. We ended up wasting about 50 miles driving/gas in an area where that's especially inconvenient due to limited cell reception. Also,w hen we arrived, the lockbox was broken and we couldn't get in. A maintenance person had to come fix it, reset it, and let us into the cabin. The stay itself, lovely. read more

My boyfriend and I came to Watershed cabins to celebrate our one year anniversary together. This cabin was secluded in a beautiful area. We had privacy with a gorgeous view of the mountains. The sunsets were so romantic. It was one of the most peaceful getaways of my life. The cabin was so clean, and comfortable. When we were cooking dinner one night, we noticed we had 2 cats that lived around our cabin. We are cat people and fed them. The next morning we noticed they had 4 kittens with them. We got food for the kitten family. We were happy to have such cute visitors. We informed watershed about the kittens and they said they knew about them and they were waiting for the kittens to get a couple weeks older and they work with a no kill shelter to get the kittens and cats to a loving home. First time staying at Watershed. Worth every penny! Stayed at Watershed 3 and we were blown away by the styling and amenities. Absolute privacy everywhere in the house and yard except the foyer and driveway. The interior was incredible, from the lighting to the modern rustic styling, the gas fireplaces and massive movie room. And don't get me started on the kitchen. The only things to improve: the couch "bed" in the movie room was pretty uncomfortable to nap on for long. Would not use it as a second bed without more cushion available. The master bed's pillows were definitely subpar. Had to go to Asheville to get new ones for the visit, since we stayed 5 nights. If you've ever searched for cabin rentals, you'll find that so many of them are tacky, over-the-top Americana cabins - the kind of places that don't lend themselves to a romantic weekend getaway. This is why Watershed Cabins is such a gem. They rent luxury cabins which offer everything you dream about in the mountains - evenings by the fireplace, relaxing in the hot tub, curling up with a glass of wine. And none of the creaky beds and quilted decorations. In short - Watershed Cabins definitely got the "Bring Sexy Back" memo. We got a weekend rental which was one of the most beautiful accomodations I've ever stayed in. It had these gorgeous big windows which filled the whole place with light, and everything was made out of pine. It had a game room, hot tub, and jacuzzi. The view was overlooking the Nantahala Forest, secluded from the rest of the world. Every little detail was taken care of - complimentary wine, cabin stocked with plenty of supplies like paper towels, soap, etc, so we didn't have to pack all that stuff, 24-hour hotlines if we had any problems at all, free firewood, and plenty of games and books for relaxing. The cabin itself was absolutely sparkling and was filled with the luxurious scent of pine. Even better, the cost of all of this in the off-season was reasonable compared to other cabin rentals I saw, which makes it an absolute steal. I love the Smoky Mountains and I will most certainly return. It was the perfect way to spend my 25th birthday! The only sad thing is that I had to leave! read more

Lets start with saying how amazing this place is! Wow! We stayed at the brown bear lodge in march.there were 4 of us and had crazy amount of space. The views were amazing from the property. The property was extremely well built and even down to the last details the decor was perfect. I mean the basement bathroom had the 1st edition of 500 limited prints of a photo!? Myself and my friends were all blown away with this place. This has a hot tub comfortable for 4 or more. Firepit with 4 or so seats. They provide most things including towels for showers and hot tub for a 6 or 8 people. Toilet rolls. Kitchen rolls. All cutlery and kitchen stuff. Logs for fire pit. Propane for bbq. Extra claning powder for hot tub. They provide a booklet of local hikes etc which were excellent. There was an Ingles supermarket about 15 mins away. It was an interesting drive to the cabin...if it had snowed or icy i really dont think we would have made it up however it was fine when we went. I think the only thing we wished they did include were some basics like butter but thats about the only thing. I would whole heartedly RECOMMEND this place to anyone!!!!!!! Amazing. read more

We stayed at Happy Trails watershed cabin and for the first time in over 15 years of renting cabins in North Carolina and Georgia we were disappointed. First we as of yet have been able To contact anyone from watershed rentals I have left at least 6 messages for someone to call us back starting from our arrival there to our return home. When we arrived on the front there were at least 6 fake snakes laying on the porch by the fro t door and even the porch bench, now there may have been a purpose for this but a heads up would of been welcomed information. Our two grandkids ages 5 and 6 and myself as well were frightened and we were not sure if they were fake at first so you can imagine our welcoming arrival. The information regarding the cabin stated 2 pillow top queen mattresses and luxury towels etc etc ... if you get an opportunity upload the cabin photos and then compare them With the photos I will be attaching to this review.. our plan was simple the children would sleep in one queen and my husband and myself In the other queen ... we went upstairs and the queen mattresses felt and sounded as though it was stuffed with straw .. not exaggerating ... then we look up and the window above the bed which in the brochure look out into the forest was covered with stuffed animals which was not the problem but the spider webs were ... one of the webs on the the right of the bed above had a spider.. so the children were terrified to say the least to stay in this room.. hence we purchased an inflatable bed because there was a futon right outside this room but for some reason they felt they should store a 42" flat screen tv against the furniture... the front front porch had a tv table sitting outside as well and the side porch that was depicted in the photos on their website was so inviting we found that we could not even sit on ... you will See by the photos I include ... the hot tub cover was torn but the tub functioned properly ... there were spider webs in the house that I felt Would of been removed had they really Taken the time to prepare the cabin for our arrival not to mention the porches... the grill cover was disgusting ... but the towels felt as though they had been Washed and forgotten in the machine and then dried hard ... so so disappointed.. on the counter there was a check list That stated all webs in side of the house and been removed and the porches were also checked and cleaned and that the grill had been cleaned as well ... not so ... they had a toaster that I tried to put back together and then Decided it was to dirty to use anyway ...their check list said if there were any concerns to call ... hence the 6 messages left with no return call... as we were leaving I searched for instructions for check Out procedure.. such as trash towels etc but could not Find any and calls Were not returned so we did as we have in the past for other rentals... take out trash, clean all dishes put used towels on machine etc ... still no Returned calls read more

The top two floors of the cabin and the river were lovely, but we paid over 500 a night because we needed the beds downstairs. There were hundreds of dead millipedes and mouse dropping's on the bottom floor. We also found mousetraps and poison, so they knew. The jacuzzi was also not useable...dirty and gross. They did not update the booking with VRBO and the only way I found out my booking had been cancelled back in October is because I called the office. At this time, my money has not been refunded and we have no accommodation for Thanksgiving. When we arrived at the cabin there where hundreds of dead bugs in the cabin and at first we thought not much of it since we were in the woods so we swept them up and moved on, however the next day it was even worse so we decided to leave day 2 as we had no idea of what was causing so many bugs to die inside our cabin. Was it harmful chemicals from a exterminator that was killing hundreds of bugs inside our cabin?? We had our 2 dogs with us and did not want them in that environment!! Also, I emailed the vacation company about this and did NOT hear from them until a day and half later! As you can see form the emails I have included in my document upload. I really shouldn't have paid for the first 2 nights as I thought I was being reasonable. In conclusion, I did not feel it was safe for my dogs to stay there due to the unknown cause of all the dead bugs/insects not knowing if it was a harmful chemical which should definitely make a unreasonable cancellation policy void. I would never put my dogs health in jeopardy of a unknown risk. Would you?? read more

We stayed at the Fontana View 2 cabin. It was infested with bed bugs. We had to relocate with your two children in the middle of the night and leave our luggage behind (for fear of transporting bugs). The manager did refund us $550 from the original $1950 we paid to rent the cabin. We were transferred to another cabin which was not nice and finally to a different cabin which was bug free but otherwise a complete disaster. We would have left for home (8 hour drive away) but we were trying to lessen the trauma on our children. Our children ended up with severe allergic reactions 6 days after the initial exposure. Apparently, this is quite common. Thus, our nightmare continued. They had to take prednisone to lessen the inflammation and discomfort. They missed a week of school and extracurricular activities. They could not sleep. Thus, the $550 awarded by management really didn't come close to financially offsetting the financial cost of our experience. The emotional trauma is another story. Nothing could offset this experience. It was the worst vacation ever! read more

Beautiful cabins with breath taking views! All cabins seem to be situated for maximum privacy and the staff were wonderful. We actually had the Watershed Cabins combo #11 and #12 for our group of 16. Both houses were lovely! Not too far to Bryson City and about 30 minutes to Fontana Village. They also had a hiking trail to a waterfall and several other common areas for recreation. In addition, as a small business owner, we offer a weekly retreat for our employees annually. This way, my wife & I get two vacations every year in the beautiful "Smoky Mountains" all while enjoying a luxury cabin stay. These cabins are always well stocked & made to feel welcoming & friendly. Most, if not all, of the cabins we've stayed at come with modern amenities & conveniences. It's truly an awesome getaway, every time we go. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is because the value or cost of the cabins are not always competitive. Cherokee Charm was a fantastic cabin for 2. The beautiful architecture of the home was stunning and it had everything that we needed. The home had an amazing deck, an indoor and outdoor fireplace, hot tub, beautiful kitchen (fully stocked with everything from pots and pans, cooking utensils, to a coffee grinder), gas grill, pool table, to the most comfortable king size bed (we honestly slept so comfortably every nighy.) If I had to say anything critical about this cabin my only complaint was the size of the bedroom, it was a tight fit trying to get in out out. Other than that it was perfect. The hospitality of the staff was an A+ also, they called us to make sure we made it in ok and to see if there was anything we needed. The cabin exceeded my expectations on cleanliness as well, I didn't know if being out in the Mountains would subject us to undesirable little creatures or what but it was so clean. My husband and I rented one of the Treehouse cabins; Cabin B. Prior to making the reservation, I personally spoke with a representative to discuss our needs, desires, etc. It was suggested that Treehouse B was the best for ease of access, privacy, etc. NOT! Treehouse B deck faces down the mountain paved road, no privacy, everyone passes by! The path to Treehouse B in their slick marketing looks great, easy, short distance. NOT! Several very steep, non conforming steps and a long path later ... arrive at the deck stairs for Cabin B. NOT as represented. Please note that to access the driveway for Treehouse Cabin B & C you must stop at the top of the mountainous paved road and do a hairpin U turn into the driveway which by the way is literally on the side of the mountain. Nothing to keep you from going over an edge in many directions, YIKES! It took me a while to calm down just from getting there, whew. When we used the hot tub the next day, my thoughtful husband used the hot tub cover as a privacy barrier on the deck as the hot tub was visible to all who pass by. We had to quickly get in the hot tub as the bees created quite a nuisance from the flowering tree next door which was dangling over "our" hot tub. The gas fireplace was not working properly and someone did come to correct it, that is a good thing. I cannot speak for all of the cabins and at the same time when we departed, the one way dirt/gravel road, down, up, around, hairpin turns and again, literally on the edge was more than I desired. I would not anticipate that any of these cabins would be accessible in winter weather conditions although their marketing leads you to think and indicates otherwise. Check in 5 pm; check out 11 am. 18 hours in a day ... hmmm! We won't be staying at Watershed cabins again nor will we recommend these accommodations to others. read more

We have stayed with Watershed at least three times and really enjoy our trips to Bryson City. The Watershed cabins we have stayed at previously would have rated a 5/5, however please realize this review is for the specific cabin "CLOUD 8" in Fontana View development As with most cabins the amenities were similar, hot tub, fireplace, fire pit, etc. It was an enjoyable stay but not "out of this world" View was a nice one, long range mountain view with screened in porch which took a bit away from view but screened in nature may be a plus to many. This particular cabin was lack luster compared to others, more because of the lack of attention to detail that we have come to expect from a "watershed cabin." Cloud 8 seemed a bit run down and less "homey" than many of the other cabins we have stayed in, one had the impression that this cabin is used strictly as a rental by the owners. For instance the master bedroom off the main floor had two small doors side by side to enter. One of the two would not close not allowing for any privacy in the Master bedroom. Master bath shower head similar to that one might find in Days Inn, with thin spray going in random directions. A note near the trash compactor stated it was out of order and appeared to have been there for quite some time. Cabinet knobs were not tight and crooked, the kitchen utensils were minimal. No lighter for indoor or outdoor fire place. The drywall cut out of ceiling for downstairs bathroom was not covered by canned lights. Microwave door had to be manipulated into place. Air Hockey table was flimsy and not sturdy and there was no puck to use, when I plugged it in it did not seem to turn on. No large problems but as you can see things that an attentive and/or present owner would not allow or at least address if the issues presented themselves. This cabin seemed to be a bit more expensive than those we have stayed at in the past renting for 4 nights at 2200$. I am not sure we would stay in this cabin again but will have to book earlier next year to get a more desirable cabin. read more

I really want to give them five stars because the cabin and amenities were simply beautiful. They clearly put a lot of thought into all the details at Cabin three. So why two stars? Two reasons. First, the only light we had in the main bedroom was from the closet. The room has a ceiling light, a floor light, lights over the bed, and some others. BUT we weren't given the exact phrase Alexa needed to turn them on so we couldn't use them. (I guess someone else used Alexa to turn them off.) There were some instructions for Alexa buried in the website for this particular unit but they needed to be called out prominently AND left in the house, preferably laminated, with ALL the specific names for EVERYTHING Alexa controls in the house. The office called to check on us the morning after we checked in and I asked at least twice for the instructions to turn on the bedroom lights before giving up on having light in there. (We figured them out for the most of the house ourselves.) In addition, we were given a list of "radio stations" we could ask Alexa for and we gave up on it after the first three or four we tried were wrong. If it's set up and good information is provided, this might be a huge plus, but it was an ENORMOUS minus for us. Second, we had to rebook because of a family emergency. They allowed a hardship cancellation but required us to wait until one week before our travel to book. I understand they need to safeguard the owner's interests so they can afford to continue booking but they had quite a bit of money we had already paid for our week there and business requires more than one week to grant a vacation request, get coverage, etc. for us to have the time off. We were stressed before we even left not knowing if all our planning (babysitter, work, etc.) would end up needing to be canceled at the last minute. Especially combined with the lack of help with the Alexa issue, they just really don't seem to care much about the people staying there. read more

We stayed at cloud 8 this past December. We have stayed at several other cabins with no complaints. This cabin was not as described. Torn Furniture, dirty widows and floors, upstairs bath leaked into downstairs. Pool table dirty and not level, very few pots and pans, inadequate heat downstairs and not 3 bedrooms. I called when we arrived to complain and called and emailed numerous times. Horrible customer service! No one will call or email back after the first email saying they would look into it. The girls in the office are nice but have no authority to help you with issues. I filed a complaint with the BBB. Watershed will not reply to them either. Just rude ! Don't advertise luxurious cabins and charge $450 a night for a dump. Anyone can pm me for pictures if they would like. read more
