The 1st house was at 7725 Richardson Lane was a house of horrors after the renters who rented the property for 5 years DESTROYED IT! It was necessary to send in a hazmat crew before any renovations could begin to give you an idea of what we had to work with. I know that without Lauren Erick these 2 renovations could HAVE NEVER BEEN COMPLETED. Lauren's leadership, experience, and expertise was an invaluable part of this process. Lauren was constantly driving the process forward while very patiently explaining to me where we were on the time line, and constantly making recommendations..where the budget was, what was necessary and more importantly what WAS NOT necessary. For example...putting hardwood from the 1st floor on the stairs to the 2nd floor..."just put in carpeting..it will flow better to the 2nd floor that is carpeted...thats 2000-4000 dollars you do not need to spend" I learned very quickly that Lauren with her experience in these matters is to be listened to ALWAYS. The 2nd house that was renovated was at 8661 Ballycastle which needed significantly less improvements..however it was tight schedule that she made work so that everything was done in time for the listing Now, I haven' t even gotten around to telling you the good part yet. I HAVE NEVER MET LAUREN ERICK. I have never set foot in these properties. I don't even live in the USA. I live in Europe... all of our discussions were over the phone and whatsapp. I did ALL of this from Europe. NOW this is a testament to Lauren Erick's communication skills, and her ability to frame in your mind how the project IS going to look..what works what does not work... I self admittedly have zero visualization skills so I relied solely on her visual interpretation . The team was fantastic to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. We had a lot of changes and specifications, but they were always easy to talk things through and flexible. We opted to do a 203k renovation loan; these are fairly annoying and tedious paperwork-wise. But, Rbrand was extremely helpful throughout. All members of their team were courteous and always helpful as well. We are very happy with their work and our new basement.

Do not trust their word that they will make it back out. I reached out multiple times, was told "I'll have a guy come out Friday" on 3 separate occasions, and it now I'm a zero responses from them. I have been left with a half painted window and unclean job site. I will call that my mistake but it does show the integrity of this company. I wrongfully assumed that spending the amount of money we did came with integrity and customer appreciation. Maybe that's extra. ($70k+) We hired them to put a moderate sized addition off the back of our master bedroom on a ranch house. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

These workers are dumping their trash all around the place...they spray silica, gypsum everything…read moreunder the sky all around the place so it's super super toxic! Can't walk outside without a mask! The poor naive workers don't even bother to wear a mask when cutting toxic stuff like getting silica in their lungs! Not happy with these construction workers leaving all sorts of construction trash and whatever food trash(chips bags, plastic forks. Plastic water bottles, etc) they leave to fly around! Just throw trash right on the ground so that the wind can carry it everywhere! Chaotic mess! I wish I never moved here to Show Low. I hope these workers develop a conscious and quit dumping all over! No care and just a sloppy disaster zone! Regret moving to Show Low. Don't waste your money on these careless people that just want your money! Simply no attention to detail, no common courtesy, no work ethic....just get the job done quickly and sloppily. Literally every fixture is crooked and loose. My teenager can use a drill better than these guys! Don't waste your money on these people!

They walked us through quotes on 3 new roofs in great detail and did multiple inspections prior to the job to ensure we were all on the same page. Their level of detail is excellent. They arrived on time the day of the project with 18 men working over 12 hours a day to complete the job in two days. We will be having them complete new roofs at our two other properties this year. His comments were moisture caused it or the flute or cap was bad except i didnt have any issues prior to this to include a roof and chimeny inspection. Then it was my liner. The interesting part was we had crazy storms and i had no signs of water, moisture or mold in the house or crawl space. He clearly didnt want to guarantee his work. If any of this were issues, he should have offered to fix but i got nothing but text messages. Oh,He didnt have the decency to call back. She was recommended by our builder and helped us to pick out tile for our new custom home. It was professionally and very nicely installed. However in one bathroom, we immediately encountered a problem. It took months of working with the tile manufacturer and distributor to come up with a solution. However, Beverly ignored us, wouldn't return my phone calls or emails, and refused to cooperate with the other parties to come up with a solution to a product that she sold us. They never stood behind the products or labor. She was very friendly and helpful until we encountered a problem. In the end we're having to remove the tile and replace it at our cost. In a new house, that's unacceptable.

While it's in and looks okay, that result had nothing whatsoever to do with Finishes as their involvement just added an unnecessary step. In the description here it states: "We also fabricate and install countertop materials such as: Cambria (Quartz), Ceasarstone (Quartz), Granite, Marble, Silestone and Corian" That is a lie, plain and simple. They have no shop, they themselves do not do any countertop work, but instead farm it out to partners just like the big box stores do. Worse, when you talk to the owner Beverly, she will look you in the eye and tell you she is a "dealer" for companies when she clearly is not. Her partner is the dealer, and she just has a little box of samples to show you. She only has one small chunk of granite installed in the store and no quartz. Beverly also claimed to have used the "same guys for over 10 years" but the "guys" she uses havem't even been in business that long. I may or may not mind people using partners, but don't lie to me about it. I came here to do business with a local firm and cut out the middleman and the risks involved with dealing with the big box stores. These guys are nothing but middlemen when it comes to countertops. What exactly am I getting for the markup they add, a box of samples? Finishes didn't even show up for the measurements. At least the big box stores have buying power to (maybe) get you a lower price, Finishes does not. If all you are is a designer or general contractor, then say so. Perhaps they actually do their own work for floors? I'll never know as I don't do business with people who lie to my face and add no value.
