I purchased my original Townie from the same store (in Cape Coral) Several years prior. After leaving the bike a few days to obtain a quote for the repair, I was informed they were not able to repair the bike. i was disappointed that they couldn't repair a bike I purchased from them and was provided no reasonable explanation "why?". I brought the bike home and it took me 20 minutes to take the lower bracket apart and identify the part needed. They actually had the part in stock at the store so I returned to purchase the $17.00 item. I got home and it took another 15 minutes to complete the repair. While I was at the store, a man who identify himself as the Regional Manager introduced himself and I explained the circumstances. He said he was going to call me but never did. I purchased 2 Townies from the store along with accessories....my complaint is not with the bikes, but customer service AFTER the sale. Good luck, I hope this helps inform you on your next purchase. Jason came out the next day and got right to work disassembling the fridge. He determined the problem (blown thermostat,) told me the plan and quoted a price. He told me that he could order the part (from Frigidaire) and it would arrive two days later, and he could finish up. My wife asked if she could get the part on Amazon, and he said sure, why not? So we got it overnight, and saved about $75! (the part cost $15 on Amazon.) Jason put the whole fridge back together and said it would work, but it wasn't fixed completely because it till needs the thermostat. But meanwhile we had the use of our fridge back. He came back the next day and finished up. Perfect work! I am thrilled with the job he did; I really like that he was so straight up about the cost. He quoted me a price and stuck to it.. He gave me an option to save some money (ordering my own part.) There was no upselling, not hidden costs, no games at all! Just good solid craftmanship. I am happy that now I have a reliable repair man that I can count on. Jason and Hooked On Appliances is highly recommended.

I explained to Trevor that I was ready to purchase the mower if he could offer a more competitive price, as the difference between this used demo unit and a brand-new 2026 model with zero hours was only $1,462.69 out the door. Trevor advised that the ownership team was on vacation and that obtaining approval for a lower price would be difficult, but he said he would get back to me. After several days with no follow-up or communication, I chose to purchase a brand new unit from another dealership that demonstrated much better customer service and communication. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression. Because of the lack of follow-up, I will not be purchasing equipment or supplies from any Sarlo dealers in the future.
