I purchased my original Townie from the same store (in Cape Coral) Several years prior. After leaving the bike a few days to obtain a quote for the repair, I was informed they were not able to repair the bike. i was disappointed that they couldn't repair a bike I purchased from them and was provided no reasonable explanation "why?". I brought the bike home and it took me 20 minutes to take the lower bracket apart and identify the part needed. They actually had the part in stock at the store so I returned to purchase the $17.00 item. I got home and it took another 15 minutes to complete the repair. While I was at the store, a man who identify himself as the Regional Manager introduced himself and I explained the circumstances. He said he was going to call me but never did. I purchased 2 Townies from the store along with accessories....my complaint is not with the bikes, but customer service AFTER the sale. Good luck, I hope this helps inform you on your next purchase. I won't purchase from them again. PS...still no call back from the "Regional Manager". -

The selection here was better than most places and the selection was limited to either Echo, SCAG or Toro and toro had 3 walk mowers and 4 zero turns to pick from. Preston was helpful with questions about the bearings mow deck gauge and fuel capacities. Things definitely changed in 22 years. He was also able to fill out a credit application at the moment they offered financing .99% for 48 months. They also did a quick explanation of the warranty and a quick inspection along with topping off all the fluids. We're not from the area and they also helped with recommendations on local tire shops. He replaced the pulleys which were seized. He found a rock in the transmission making the squealing noise and replaced the blade, sparkplug, air cleaner. He was much cheaper to fix my lawnmower than buying a new one. He also changed the oil and completely power washed it, looking almost like new. He breathed new life into the mower and now it is power full again. Climbing hills is a breeze again. Thank You Mark for your excellent demeanor and expertise in small engine repair and service. Case in point - I contacted them about getting a riser installed to raise my generator ( which they installed). Got call the following day with verbal quote ($4,500). Awaited formal quote to sign. After close to 2 weeks, no estimate. So I called and was promised formal quote right away. Guess what? No estimate. So I asked their competitors for same. Got site visits and estimates back all within3-4 days. Best apples-to-apples quote -$3,460. Bye-bye Bo's. Nice knowing' ya!
