The best coffees, teas and pastries. Staff is so knowledgeable and friendly. You don't want to pass this one up.

We are frequent if not regular customers at Crema Brew. We have always been extremely satisfied with the quality and services provided. However, today we stopped in and were surprised that the establishment was not following the latest guidelines required by the Governor's most recent executive order requiring facemasks. The staff were all wearing masks, however, there was no sign on the door requiring patrons to wear masks when entering. In fact a sandwich board outside the store displayed enjoying "love unmasked". There was little social distancing inside and many of the patrons were not wearing masks. I found the entire atmosphere encouraged irresponsible behavior by the customers and a blatant disregard to the wellbeing of those around them. I was at Crema Brew the day it opened, brought my wife there later that afternoon, and we have been going there ever since. They are closed on Sundays and we really feel the gap as part of our daily routine. All the coffee offerings are what you would expect from a high-quality coffee house. The food is homemade and I never pass up a piece of the scratch-made pies. The ambience is friendly and inviting, and there is a good vibe from the customers. People are just happy to be there. This is a Mom and Pop and Daughter operation; they are behind the counter serving you, and back in the in-house bake shop preparing the next day's offerings. This is a coffee house that coffee houses are supposed to be -- not just a place to get a caffeine fix and something to nibble on, but a place where you can settle in and feel at home. read more

My family and I were visiting New Bern from out of town. My sister decided to drop in to this shop on her drive into New Bern and afterwards could not stop talking about how GREAT this shop was. My family was curious and decided to try it out ourselves. We were blown away with it. The hospitality of the owners, the aesthetic of the decor, and the options of the menu were all top notch. I would highly recommend the toffee nut latte and the cinnamon rolls. I wish I had one of these where I live!!! read more

This is my favorite coffee shop in town! Delicious, rich coffee and the cinnamon rolls and other handmade baked goodies are amazing. So much better than the prepackaged junk! Honestly. Like why go to Starbucks if they keep messing up on my order (depends on who's working). I always get the cold brew, sweetened, with cream. None of the Starbucks here is consistent with flavors. Not the Harris Titter in Carolina colors, not new bern drive thru by belks, and definitely not the Morehead City one. If Crema Brew just had a drive through... I would be there alllll the time! Love the small town feel. Genuine personalities. Like the cashier guy was like how are you. It wasn't the usual "I don't really care just being formal how are you". It was "I truly hope you are ok get some coffee and look we have all these desserts and we can get you a chicken sandwich and we love you thanks for stopping by, hope to see you again" kind of service. My first time trying chicken salad sandwich. My my my ... so so yummy!!! I tried their egg sandwich that was good too. I like dark roast. Creamy coffee. Tried their house blend and espresso. Absolutely splendid dark roast and I didn't have to break the bank!!! Please open up a drive through. Will be back for more!!! read more

Stumbled across this spot while on a family vacation. Was so refreshing to actually find a place that knows coffee. I had a Soy Latte and it was delicious. I have FINALLY found a place in New Bern that knows how to make quality espresso. Great place to get some work done or socialize or both! Also, paper straws! YAY read more

Excellent coffee and even more amazing service. Baked goods are very good as well. The atmosphere is quiet, yet vibrant with a lovely smell of coffee as you walk in the door.
