Before 9 am, I've found a hair in my food at both locations on different occasions . I brought it upto the manager when I had noticed it. I've never gone in and demanded a free meal, I've always paid my bill and asked if they could remake it. The waitress rudely accused me of pulling out my hair to get free food. Why would anyone do that?? Especially over an $11 meal (with drink tip and tax) . The manager has since said I'm not welcome back... just wanted to give everyone a heads up this place is gross!

Big menu and the staff was friendly. Pricing was good and portions were large. If you in SE Calgary give this place a try!
