The café itself is not super spacious, but there is seating both upstairs and downstairs. The seating upstairs was more spread out compared to the seating downstairs, so it was naturally louder downstairs. There is free Wi-Fi as well as a self-serve station to get free water. While the chairs upstairs are comfortable to sit on, I found it difficult to do work (i.e. using my computer on the table) as the chairs themselves are leaned too far back and are unadjustable. I would recommend driving here versus public transport, as it was quite a walk from Rundle station (should you take the train). I've never gone in and demanded a free meal, I've always paid my bill and asked if they could remake it. The waitress rudely accused me of pulling out my hair to get free food.
