I ordered the Fall in Love Latte (20 oz) with half the pumps and was surprised when my total came to $8.21. The posted signage lists 20 oz lattes at $5.25, with "extra flavor" for $0.25, so I expected something closer to that price. After speaking with the manager, I learned that this particular drink includes two sauces and one syrup, each priced separately -- and that "half the pumps" doesn't affect the cost. The manager was very kind and even mentioned that she finds the pricing confusing as well. I completely understand that specialty drinks may cost more, but the current signage and specialty menus don't clearly show how those prices are calculated, which makes it difficult for customers to know what to expect. I also reached out to the owner (on 10/23/24) to share my experience and suggestion for clearer pricing but haven't received a reply as of this review (nearly three weeks later). I'll still stop by Evergreen occasionally -- I do enjoy their drinks and atmosphere -- but in the future, I'll make sure to clarify prices before ordering. Hopefully, they'll consider making their pricing a bit more transparent for everyone.
