    Breakfast!! All for 6.69!
    Anna F.

My cousin Leesa and I ate here for breakfast today and it was a delicious treat! I ordered the breakfast sampler which came with three scrambled eggs with cheese, bacon, sausage, and hash browns all for 6.69. She ordered the same, but with grits instead. Our breakfast came quickly and was hot and delicious. The eggs were perfectly cooked and the hash browns tasted perfect. I enjoyed the sausage which was not at all spicy, but had a sweet taste. The bacon was crispy and flavorful. The waitress brought my breakfast with a side of pancake syrup as I requested since I love pancake syrup on my eggs and bacon. We split the bill and our bills each came to 9.49 plus tip. The food was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will be back!

The food was good and the service was great but I found a hair in the food and one of the cups was a dirty around the top.

Really nice Cafe, had to walk over to a waitress to figure out we seat ourselves, However, the food itself was very good.

The waitresses are rude and won't take your order the manger is. A really nice guy but could have better waitresses and the cooks are lazy

Not my favorite place but a lot of people rave about it. It's not honestly that good but a good value for the money.

My wife had a salad and egg salad sandwich, her sister had a Caesar salad and both said that they enjoyed their choice.I had a French dip sandwich, as recommended by our server who was friendly and made good recommendations, also keeping the refills on coffee coming regularly, which is appreciated. The French dip was very good, but the bread/baguette, was incredibly good! Really special! I really liked the coffee as well, apparently a local supplier,, although I forgot the name. Place was not overly crowded on arrival but had a wait of 20 people or so by the time we finished. Highly recommend! Wonderful throwback to yesterday year atmosphere.

Turns out that the night before we ate at McNellie's, which is a part of the restaurant chain that owns the diner. Our server at McNellie's was terrific and they knew her. We were seated promptly with a nice view of the door. We started our breakfast with coffee, which was strong and very good. I decided to pack on the carbos with a short stack of pancakes topped with caramel sauce, bananas, and walnuts. Wow, they call this a short stack! I am quite certain I could never eat a tall stack! My wife ordered the breakfast tacos, which looked quite small compared to my pancakes, but she loved the flavor--a nice mix of scrambled eggs, avocado, and cajito cheese! More coffee! We rolled out of the place very satisfied and pleased with the service, ambience, and food! We highly recommend the Dilly diner!

I've lived 60 years less than 2 miles from 61st & Memorial. How I missed the Silver Skillet until…read morenow, I can't answer, but I'm sad that I've missed this place for so long. We went on a Thursday afternoon at 4:00, so we didn't expect it to be busy. There were a few people there but not a bunch. We were promptly greeted by the hostess and shown to a booth. Our waitress brought our menus and silverware right behind the hostess. She asked if we knew what we wanted to drink and I ordered Decaf Coffee. My wife deferred to later once she knew what she was going to eat. The coffee arrived a few minutes later and I placed my order for the Belgian Waffle, 2 eggs scrambled, Hash Browns, and 2 Sausage Links. My wife ordered the Eggs Benedict and a side of biscuits and gravy and regular coffee. First before I forget, I am somewhat of a portly fellow. I carry about 70 pounds more than my doctor likes, and it's all right above my belt. Remember that the hostess put us in a booth, which usually is a challenge for me, because of my extra tire that I carry. But I was pleasantly surprised that this booth was spacious. It had plenty of room for us extra large folks without trying to move the table. The coffee, was good. Remember that I drink decaf coffee, so when I say it was good, thats saying a lot. I even asked the waitress if she had forgotten and brought me regular coffee and she assured me it was decaf. When the food arrived, I was so impressed by how good it looked, I forgot to take a photo, so the attached photo shows what was left when I was full. The waffle was the main thing I was after. I love waffles, and it's hard to find a good waffle. The menu claims they are Belgian Waffles, and I cannot disagree. They tasted like the Belgian Waffles I had in Paris, so I believe they are. The has browns normally don't rate a mention, but these hash browns were soft and not crunchy, and tasted like I expected hash browns to taste, from the first bite to the last. The eggs were scrambled well, which I would have preferred loose, but that's my fault for not specifying. I also ordered link sausage which was cooked as it should be. Next time I'll order bacon. The reason I avoided the bacon is that most places either burn it or leave it partially raw. Based on how the rest of my meal was cooked, I expect the bacon will be cooked right. I'm looking forward to my next visit already.

The food options seemed endless and the menu was quite large and included breakfast to dinner items all day when they are open! I also noted milkshakes and rootbeer floats and the like - plus a display of cakes and pies for sale! I settled on breakfast with banana, strawberry Nutella crepes and scrambled eggs with bacon. The wife did the same. The food was excellent served like an old fashioned diner style setting and I started my breakfast with an appetizer slice of pecan pie. The kids each got a milkshake with hamburger for one and Mac n' cheese for the other. The server was friendly and helpful and her name was Rachel. She did a great job and we enjoyed dining with her as our server!

Located along Tulsa Route 66, this popular diner is as eggcellent as things could be. The service was the most eggcellent. There were a lot of regulars. The food was not as eggcellent as the service. Chicken and waffles were good. Chicken breast was a little thin. I've had better chicken and waffles elsewhere. Diner was bustling with a friendly atmosphere. I would definitely return in the future for more eggcellences.

Service was good. We tried the biscuit and gravy with two over easy and the Mexican breakfast sandwich with ham, avocado, cheese, and spinach on a huge Telera roll. Interior was bright and clean. Coffee was unlimited and we had our own little carafe. I would definitely go again!!!! Tip: When ordering the Mexican breakfast sandwich, I would ask for a side of the chipotle mayo. I really needed some more spice. That Telera roll was amazing. Also know that this is a sandwich that could EASILY be shared!!!!!
