We went in at almost full asking price but the appraisal was almost $30k less than asking. The house- Gorgeous! The inspection - repairs galore. Within the next five years it would need: Roof, windows, water pump, hot water tank, AC/Furnace, leaks repaired, safety concerns, electric caps missing all over the house... this was a flipped home and truly beautiful to the eye but it was only surface deep. We came back at appraisal price, their agent even said they thought it was over priced but it didn't matter... I hope this review just saves one person from using their shady agents. What an experience and one I never hope to repeat!

We have employed Scott twice - once in 2013 for a refinance of our current home and then a few years later (a few weeks ago) to refinance the same home. I have to emphasize that due to an unemployment issue a few years ago, our credit had taken a major hit. Another financial adviser in Tacoma who I won't name just told us what a hopeless case we were and told us to come back when we had our act together. Fast forward a couple years later. Scott gave us guidance on how to improve our credit, saw we were trying to improve, and he helped us steadily along our path. He doesn't let things slide and is good on following up. When we thought we couldn't achieve our goal, Scott had faith in us and treated us with respect, and helped us best he could for a favorable outcome. We signed papers the other day and were able to get the funds needed for some critical home projects at a good interest rate. Our mortgage has gone up some - but that's okay when you take into account that he also helped us consolidate and pay off other large debt (car payment and other home we were renting out) that overall will save us tons on interest. He truly cares about his clients and is not just extremely knowledgeable in his field, but also polite, personable and upbeat, respectful and respectable, confident, good communicator and even funny at times - just a real pleasure to work with. He even said it was okay to call or text him late at night to answer questions (but check with him first on that!). When the transactions were all over we even received some customary gifts from his team! I personally cannot imagine a better person to work with, and totally recommend him to anyone needing a lender. Did I mention that his staff is awesome too? Friendly yet very professional. The sellers left the house dirty and with numerous personal belongings which we photographed during the final walk through. The sellers affirmed in writing that the home would be clean and the items removed. When we contacted the Mike about the issue, he responded with a very nasty text to my realtor. His manager said that Mike was stressed because the sellers were difficult and the house only sold for asking price!! With all the really great realtors available, I recommend looking for a professional realty.

We had an average experience when we lived in the rental; any good experiences we had were directly from Terone (maintenance staff). The issues started when we were given a 60 day notice to vacate because the owners decided to sell the house. We had just received a lease renewal the day prior. After we got the notice to vacate we were told they could help us with anything we needed since they terminated our lease. We were then ghosted for about 30 days by Mike Pratt and John Olnick. During those 30 days we found a new place to live and had moved out. We had hoped to terminate our lease early since we found a new place to live, but couldn't as we got no response from Greene, specifically Mike Pratt. We then had to pay rent for the 30 days we didn't live there. No negotiations or even willingness to talk to us. We were also told we didn't need to complete certain cleaning tasks during move out because we only lived in the house for 8 months, then those cleaning tasks were taken out of our security deposit. This company buys fake reviews from other property managers in Texas, will take all your money for a shitty rental, and will find a way to scree you over. There are better property management companies in Olympia than Greene.
