Fabulous service and fabulous product!! I can't sing higher praises for Peter and his team. I had a last-minute idea for some wedding favors, so I took to the internet for custom wood engraving. Crescent Stamp and Engraving was the top result and now I see why. I wanted 12 wood candle lids engraved with our names and date. I called and asked if this was even a possibility to get these done with such short notice. Not only was it possible, but they were also able to get these lids printed same day. They walked me through the different options and quickly got to work on the design and processing. They also let me take photos and videos of the machine at work. To say I am impressed and thankful is an understatement! The attention to detail is unmatched. It wasn't lost on me that Peter even turned all the lids in same the direction of the woodgrain. I would give more than Five stars if I could!! Kiddo wanted a customized Stanley for her favorite coach...had to be a certain color, had to say what she wanted, had to have it for next week. First call was to Crescent Stamp & Engraving. Asked if we brought them the Stanley tumbler could they do it...yes! Could we customize how kiddo wanted it...yes! Would we get it in time...yes!!! This team was so friendly, so easy to work with AND fast!!! I brought kiddos 'drawing' (picture), they worked up a rough design with me, and I got the call that I could pick up faster than expected.
