I ordered some flowers and balloons over the phone for a friends birthday two weeks ago. The man took my order and customized my flower order to sunflowers and roses with additional flowers which I was grateful for. However when my friend sent me a picture it was like 2 sun flowers and 2 roses and a WHOLE bunch of other flowers. Although the arrangement was beautiful I was not happy with it. Additionally, they didn't even deliver the balloons with it. Although they are highly recommended, I am not sure I would give my business to them next time as I wasn't 100% satisfied. They are very nice people so this isn't personal but I just wish I had more control over the end product. read more

For my son's first school banquet, I ordered a boutonniere for him from Crescenta Valley Flowers. I was really disappointed when I picked it up, it was a dinky boutonniere. We ended up not using it because it did not look good at all. Although it was just $14, it was still money wasted. I would rather spend a little bit more and get a better boutonniere - I heard I should have gone to De Vaze in Burbank. I shall not return to Crescenta Valley Flowers. read more

Placed an order before 12pm to be delivered before 5pm. They never delivered the flowers, but charged me. When I called to see what happened the lady that answered the phone proceeded to have nothing but excuses as to why they never received my order (but they had received and filled various other orders). Instead of a simple sorry or a discount of some sort or anything, but the lame excuses. The lack of professionalism I advise others to not order from them. read more

Sara was a pleasure to work with! We hired her for our wedding flowers. I went to many different florists with my ideas. I wanted something very different from the typical and I needed someone creative and ready to go out of the box for an unusual wedding look. Thanks to my wedding planner Anita of "Fancy That" who asked Cresenta Valley Flowers to be part of a wedding show I was attending, I met Sara. I was most impressed with Sara's display, it had concrete and air plants. Two things I am obsessed with. I chatted with her and right after told Anita I need to meet her for my wedding flowers. We met, and the creative juices were flowing. She created mock up's with copper tubing, flowers, concrete, mirrors and candles. It was crazy, different and exactly what I wanted.
