I stressed when ordering it that I really needed a beautiful bouquet. I originally set it up for same day delivery, but the floral designer called me and asked if it could be delivered next morning as she was expecting a full shipment early in the am and would feel better giving me a better and more full selection with the new shipment. So grateful for this florist today. Ordered a boutonniere​​ and a corsage​ for my son's prom in advance from another florist and it was a disaster. The rose for the boutonniere was so huge it didn't fit on my son's lapel, and the roses for the corsage were a completely different color (?) and both were wrapped in white masking tape rather than the traditional green floral tape. Horrible. Assuming I'd never find a florist that could make something on such short notice, I started down the DIY path. Long story short, we ended up at CVF. Not only did they have the exact flower we needed, they made both arrangements for us in about an hour! What a lifesaver! My biggest issue with the flowers I received were the roses. Sara explained that these roses were not typical of most roses but very full. I received another set of roses and they very dense in petals. The design that I received are dictated by Teleflora which are a very cookbook. I am pleased with the roses. I called this morning to order flowers for women's day and spoke to this man who picked up the phone. I specifically told him that I would like a strictly tulip arrangement. He quoted me a price I told him the color scheme and figured the recipient would receive a beautiful bouquet of tulip flowers. The flowers arrived and as you can see in the picture, there are barely any tulips and many carnations which I never asked for and actually hate. For the amount I paid for this bouquet, I could've went to Ralph's and gotten two bouquets of tulips and had them wrap it with a paper bag and would've paid less. I am really disappointed by this flower arrangement as it isn't what I expected at all. I guess it's partially my fault for not being extremely specific about my arrangement. One thing I will note is that the flowers came fresh but that's about it. Def not coming back here again. So disappointed. read more

I called to order Valentine's Day flowers to be delivered to my girlfriend's work on 2/13. Michelle answered and sounded extremely busy, (this I understand) asked if i'd rather order online or on the phone. I was also busy so a phone order would be more convenient. She took my order, processed my card, asked for my information and ensured me the delivery would make it there by 3 on the 13th. Cue Twilight Zone theme music. On the 13th I get a phone call around 12:30 PM from Michelle saying that they did not charge me for the arrangement. I say no they definitely did as I had received a text receipt and the charge was reflected on my card statement. She then asks me to screenshot the charge, text it to her and that "her job depends on it." Ok weird but I took the screenshot in the hopes this would all be resolved and they could get the flowers to my girlfriend before she leaves work. THEN I get a text from my girlfriend that the florist CALLED HER AT WORK TO ASK FOR MY NUMBER. The reason she was given for this was that I was "chatty" and never gave my information which is 100 percent not true. I text the number Michelle gave me to say like hey you called her like YIKES. She apologized profusely and while I do understand someone making a mistake I simply don't understand under those circumstances losing my info and then CONTACTING THE RECIPIENT THUS SPOILING THE SURPRISE THEN BLAMING ME FOR BEING "CHATTY." When I asked for a refund via text she said "We can go back and pick up the flowers then." WHAT I called and spoke to Michelle again stating that This calls for at least a partial refund (ahem full refund) to which I was told "This is what's wrong with the world, people harbor all this anger and lack forgiveness." WHAT I totally understand someone making a mistake, I am even ok with my girlfriend getting a phone call surprise instead of a flower delivery surprise. What was insane about this was she actually tried to turn the blame around on me the customer and blame my "Chattyness" (was not chatty, simply asked to make sure the flowers were at her work by 3) and then try and make me feel bad as a person for being annoyed that I paid full price for a botched service. Michelle then told me that she'd refund my delivery charge etc of about 20 dollars. BUT SHE ADDED THAT IT WOULD BE COMING OUT OF HER PAYCHECK and only "after the holiday was over." I forgive you but WOW get it together! Never ever again! read more
