I stopped at the park and was told where the manager was and her name was Kim and she was very nice to me but the first seven days I was there. I only had water and electricity for two days and then a tornado come through there and some things up and end up helping everybody and my water got shut off for another three days water and electricity again a week later. on the 2 the rent was due, but I got no credit for the or nine days. I didn't have electric or water and couldn't live in. It just demands to pay up right then and was a liar about my check and everything. I don't recommend anyone stay at this park, but the people that live in it are very nice people, but the manager is not the manager. The owner is the one that and she's not a very nice lady and I'm a 6 man and I was having to climb up on top of carports to get to work on their property without getting paid my truck Other people got hurt they offered nothing to no one. I'm the one that had to get the trash crew to come out there and get the debris. Thank you. read more

After I left this business a bad for harassing my family while we were there literally a day later my number and name was posted on Craigslist stating I was selling an IPhone. Which is a fraudulent post. Don't worry it's taking time but I have filed complaints with the city and Zelle for my payment that's was agreed to be paid back then the old hag refused when I demanded she respect me while speaking I've also filed a police report. This place will hear from my lawyer as well for harassment. read more

FIVE STARS! Beautiful Park...Clean Bathrooms & laundry room. Quiet and friendly folks with a great location. We booked one of their covered long-term spots, It's the way to go with lots of room and plenty of shade. We are full timers and have stayed at a couple other RV Parks in the area and this is our favorite by far and the one we call home. We highly recommend Cresson RV Ranch, Give them a try you'll be happy you did. read more
