Great stay! We have…read morestayed here a few times and this is my first review. This time, we stayed here 2 weeks. We're up front in pull-through site 44. Yes, the road noise is apparent. We didn't mind it as we stay inside the RV most of the time. The site itself was great. The sites are long, wide, have a grass yard and a concrete pad and patio. Power, water and sewer worked well. We only used their WiFi as backup as we're using a cell-based Internet solution and were connected to AT&T. I have several interactions with the office staff and all were quite favorable. We even asked to use the kitchen in the clubhouse and that was approved both times. Trish, the manager was always very pleasant and accommodating. Some other things we like: - They sell a 10# bag of ice for $2. We use a lot of ice, so that was nice. - They text us when a package arrives for us. - They sell propane onsite. - They have a pool and a hot tub and they just got done refinishing both and got them opened during our stay. - They have laundry rooms at 2 locations within the park. We used the larger one. - They have plans to add more amenities this year. We look forward to the next time we stay at Oak Creek RV Park.

I've only been here for a few days, but I'm already so happy I found this RV park!! I'm on a…read morenursing assignment and am living in my RV for the duration. This park has extremely reasonable monthly rates. The sites are huge with plenty of space in between them. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, clean and with such comfortable lounge chairs. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and in good working order; the washer & dryers look new. Theres an exercise room, a game room, a fishing hole, and a really nice playground for kids. The best part is how friendly, kind, helpful, and accommodating the office staff is! I highly recommend Coffee Creek RV Park!

The entire place feels like it's held together with duct tape, bad attitudes, and unresolved police reports. Management is rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional, acting like every basic question or concern is some massive inconvenience. The environment is toxic beyond belief. Residents gossip, harass people, and create nonstop drama while management either ignores it or enables it. I have never felt more unwelcome in a place that's supposed to provide hospitality. If you're expecting safety, respect, or even basic decency, lower your expectations immediately. The park itself is rundown, noisy, dirty, and filled with people who clearly have zero respect for others. It honestly feels less like an RV park and more like a parking lot for bitterness and chaos. The vibes are so bad here you can practically feel the tension pulling in. Do yourself a favor and keep driving. There are truck stop bathrooms with more warmth and professionalism than this place.

(Didn't deal with anyone else) The price for bringing your own tube was $16/person...and we were told the float would be about 3.5hrs-4hrs...it took us 5.5hrs (give or take) but we just enjoyed our float. It was a nice getaway for a bit and pretty close to where I live..so I will be back! There were areas where you would have to walk..and the water is pretty warm. But it wasn't too too bad. We brought our cooler and had a good time.

Don't go not worth it!…read more The road to get there is very unleveled it's super bumpy. If you do go make sure it's in a suv/truck. July 11, was the day we floated. They do provide air pumps. The walk into the river is very narrow and rocky so go in slow and easy. The cooler tube doesn't have a bottom. River was low. Walked a lot. Also the hill up to the pick up area is a walk and steep hill very rocky and narrow. Unsafe for sure. Once we got to the top we waited 15 minutes to get picked up. I called the office and asked why are we having to wait that long and she hung up on me! Not worth it. Drive to south Texas for a better experience!!

Claiming they couldn't read my meter, so I started taking pictures every month, with no charge to them. They have a new manager that went around passing notices, but didn't introduce herself. But won't be in the office unless someone needs her, which is not good customer service.

The full timers here are very inconsiderate. They ride loud motorcycles and have loud sports cars…read moreand drive in and out with their car window down blaring loud music. Lots of young kids and kids will be kids. Mgmt doesn't do anything about it because they are never there. Just a permanent sign on office door that says they are out on the property and to call a number. I never saw or met anyone who manages this place. All interactions are text on phone. 4 stray cats running around, mainly hanging out at the full dumpster. Trash strewn about. The pool was brown. The place looks like it was never finished and never will be. Won't stay here again even at half of the high nightly price.
