It looks like any time before 6 pm is ideal to beat the rush. I came with a party of 6 and the service was great! The food came out in record time. The fish and chips were ok - very crispy. The tartar sauce was average. We sat upstairs and the lighting was poor. I could barely see the menu. This was a better experience than last time. We would come again.

It's a nice outdoor area for gathering. There was music playing in the indoor area with doors open to the outdoor patio area. A good compliment so it wasn't too noisy outside for dinner. The fish and chips were really good. The rack of ribs was a little dry but good. I liked the bbq sauce. However the rest of the items were pretty bad. Hated the crab Mac and cheese. And really did not like the pulled pork sandwich. One of the worst I've ever had. The beer was so so. Wouldn't recommend. So many better choices.

We stopped in here on our way home from the dog beach. It's pet friendly on the patio so we took advantage of that and the happy hour menu. We actually only ordered a drink from the menu and good from the real menu. Our server was the bartender and we sat at a high top table. He was very nice and attentive to us. At the time, we were his only table. I ordered a watermelon crush to drink which was quite yummy. Not too strong and not too sweet. I ordered the shrimp tacos but I didn't realize they're made with corn tortillas. I don't like corn tortillas so I ate the insides. My boyfriend ordered the cheesesteak with onion rings. He and I both enjoyed our dishes. Definitely be back in town with the pup again.

I really wanted to love this place! Stephen our server was amazing! He was attentive and very patient with our party! He definitely set the tone of our evening. STEPHEN - you were amazingly patient and a gentleman with my kiddos ! Your services set the rating to a 4 star vs a 2 star The kids got to play as the musicians outside performed for the outdoor diners. The place is definitely kid friendly, family friendly as there is an adjacent dining hall with amazing air conditioning! Food - everything was amazing except for the brisket! It was dry as a bone for my 1/2 lb platter order. I was horrified and very disappointed. I loved the corn bread and ordered a side to go. The potato salad needed more mustard or something for a kick. The Mac and cheese dish was kid friendly! The Junior's cheesecake hit the mark as always! We live by the diner in Brooklyn! Overall, the bbq - only brisket to speak of - was dry as sandpaper.

We always stop at Mudhen while in Wildwood. We were promptly greeted by a friendly bartender and had drinks in front of us within minutes. This year, we decided to try their lunch specials. I ordered the burger which came with bbq and bacon. My wife ordered the cod Reuben sandwich - both came with house made chips. I believe they were 9.99 for the meal and it was worth every penny! I ordered an orange crush and a shot of tequila. The wife ordered a pilsner and said it was standard. Our total was around 50 bucks, which is not bad at all! We will definitely return next year when we come back down the shore!

Parking is great ! The place is huge with indoor and outdoor seating. We chose inside as it was windy. It is loud in there, which is perfect if you have kiddos. Waitresses were very nice and attentive. They did explain they have two kitchens, so food comes out as it is ready, not all at once. Which is fine. Appetizer was pork belly ! They was do good and the sauce was yummy ! My daughter had a hot dog and fries Husband had the red snapper and rice. The sauce was a curry , he said it was good. He also had a IPA and a Long Island iced Tea I had the mahi mahi tacos. Big pieces of fish, pickled onions and salsa verde sauce but it was bland. It would be better if it was mango salsa on top. We would come here again.

The place is huge with several seating options inside and out and free parking. We sat in the garage by the beer garden. The service was wonderful and the food came out very quickly. Everyone enjoyed their food. Would go back.

This place was great! We enjoyed it so much that we ate here twice on our short visit in town. First time me and my husband came for lunch. I was introduced to "crushes". (I guess they are a thing in New Jersey... or maybe just in that area?) I got an orange one. It was fabulous!! So dang delicious. I asked how it was made and the waitress said that they use fresh squeezed OJ and house made triple sec. I'm certain that made the difference! It was also made with Kettle One Orange vodka. Against my better judgement, I got a second cocktail, and not the same thing. *so sad* I got a blueberry cosmo. It was fine but it wasn't amazing like the Orange Crush. My husband got a steak salad. There was legit a WHOLE steak on there! He enjoyed it a lot. I had a couple of bites and agree it was really good. I got the pulled pork sandwich, that was also tasty. The homemade potato chips were yummy too. The next visit, we took our son around brunch time. We all decided on breakfast that visit. I got another Orange Crush *yum*. We all enjoyed our breakfast. The potatoes that came with my breakfast sandwich were so flavorful! I highly recommend eating here.

Sooooooo good! We went on Sunday afternoon for an early dinner and was immediately seated. My server was fantastic and I regrettably forget her name! The atmosphere is a total vibe with a live band and outside seating (in shaded area or not) or you can sit inside. The majority of people were outside enjoying the weather. The food was outstanding. We devoured the homemade chips too! My mojito was so strong which is not a bad thing when most people complain there isn't enough liquor. I can't wait to return.

The smoked pulled pork platter was delicious and enough for two to share.

Went to MudHen on a busy Saturday night and got lucky finding a parking spot in their second lot. They don't take reservations, but fortunately the place is huge. We were shown to a table upstairs which, for the two of us, was a lot more subdued than the downstairs area. We also had a good view of the football game on their many TVs, and there is a small, quiet bar upstairs. Our server was attentive and friendly. We started with cocktails, a beet and burrata salad, and 3 mini hot chicken sliders. The beet and burrata salad was good with the pesto, burrata, and balsamic combo being the stars of the show. However, I would have loved a few more beets instead of two bigger pieces. The hot chicken sliders with bbq sauce and pickles were also tasty, but the bread seemed more like a dinner bun than a sandwich roll. Additionally, the chicken pieces were quite small and didn't cover the roll. As an entree, we shared the smoked pulled pork platter with slaw, baked beans, and cornbread. The pulled pork was moist and delicious especially alongside the slightly spicy baked beans and was perfect for sharing. I would recommend MudHen especially if you're looking for a fun place to watch a game. You also don't have to be a beer drinker to enjoy the food and atmosphere.

Apple fritter and ice cream. Took this home.

First time at this restaurant. It was so cool inside and the food was really good. We had the Street corn appetizer the pulled pork platter and the Brisket Platter. Also the apple fritter with ice cream was fantastic. The brisket was so good the pulled pork was good but the he search continues for NC pulled pork.

Welcome to mini-golf course #26!…read more Duffer's is now my favorite mini-golf course in the Wildwoods, and it's not because I scored a hole-in-one. Even with summer winding down, the course is in fantastic shape. It's a fun course with holes that seem to chat to you, others playing music, and one even has a volcano eruption! There's so much to see and do for kids of all ages. They don't have stairs to climb, but some holes have hidden slopes that are worth keeping an eye out for. My wife thinks there isn't much shade on the course, so people will buy ice cream, but I don't think Duffer's has that problem.

We came here around 11:30am on a Sunday. The arcade was little busy. Their price for chips was really good, I bought 120 chips for only $30. Most of the arcade games required 6-10 chips. 120 chips lasted about 15 minutes for us playing different games non stop. The arcade had good variety of games. The prize counter also had lots of prizes to redeem the winning tickets. Prizes ranged from 50 to 10,000 tickets. For our stash of only 400 tickets, the kids in our group were able to get multiple items. After the arcade we went to the ice cream store. The store looked really nice. It was only for to go, but some benches were available outside. They had about 34 different flavors and whole of different toppings. For base, cones, waffles and cups were available. We ordered two different ice creams flavors in waffle cones. The staff members assembled them right away and handed to us. They put so much ice cream and it was so hot, the ice cream started to melt and drip. So they gave us cups to hold them upside down. The ice creams had really tasty flavors. They were creamy with no icy parts. They were also very pricey, each costing around $10. But overall we all had a fun time here between the arcade and ice creams.
