Nate's so personable and honest, it's a refreshing change of pace. They are also very thorough and cover top to bottom. This inspection ran us a bit more than one in the past, but that's because we added chimney and sewer specialists to it, so all in all it worked out to be about average in cost. Apparently they're very responsive as well, which is good because I have a few questions after digging into some details. Assuming the best and rounding up here based on prior communications.
