Nice facility though kinda small. Overall experience was not great from the start. Person at front desk was staring at her phone when I walked in. I said hey a few times and she refused to even look up. I then asked about max out of pocket cost for each session - and wasn't given a very clear answer. Entire cost explanation was very confusing and hard to follow. But in the end a figure was made clear. During the session - PT provider asked me to go over my questionnaire again. She wanted me to make it "stronger for insurance". Sketchy? You be the judge. Session itself was ok. Though for an entire hour there was maybe 15 minutes of actual treatment. Lots of explaining basic things anyone with an AI agent can quickly find out on their own. Come find out a few days later that they billed my insurance so much that I'm on the hook for almost 20% more than what I was told my max out of pocket would be. Called today to cancel all subsequent appointments. After making my case for more than 5 minutes - was pretty much hung up on. That's not how I do business. What a joke. Look at the owners reply - "the staff was still at lunch". Girl was on her phone and refused to even turn around and acknowledge me. Why book appointments if you're not ready to serve? I was there on time! Pathetic. And it wasn't a long set of questions. PT provided literarily asked me to make my answers seem worse for insurance. And I refused. These guys are borderline insurance scammers. read more

I have been in pain for over a month. Sciatica, collapsed arches, torn meniscus, it sucks. I'm trying all kinds of things: acupuncture, massage therapy, stretch spot and PT. Brian is such a kind person and I'm cautiously optimistic that I'll get relief soon. Plenty of parking, super clean studio and Jasmin, the receptionist, is an energetic little bunny. I thought about taking a star away because Brian's assistant talks too loud and it annoys me. However, he seems like a lovely kind soul, so I decided not to be a d$%k. Quality starts at the top and spreads down. This also applies to the Crest Physical Therapy owner and staff. All staff are quite obviously interested in their patients' well-being and improvement. They frequently explore how you're doing and if there are any new or continuing issues or problems, and they make adjustments to their PT accordingly. I've been going to Crest PT for several months now, and have seen a significant improvement in my mobility with an accompanying reduction in pain. It does take work, both at the facility and at home, but with persistance, PT appears to offer a realistic, near-term option to replacement surgery, especially since surgery doesn't always work and may require a difficult and lengthy recovery. This is a comfortable place with excellent equipment, traditional as well as electrical muscle stimulation machines. There is frequent light banter between staff members and other staff and patients that makes me feel very comfortable, even while maintaining constant focus on results. Thanks to Brian, Simran, Max, Jackie, and "Q" for their help as well as to Jasmine who always greets me when I come in as well as facilitates scheduling, appointments and health insurance support. A really super place. All of the PT team know you and seem involved with your recovery and PT objectives and, most importantly, listen to your reactions and adjust your routines accordingly. Prior to walking through the doors of Crest Physical Therapy I had dealt with years of pain. I had tried PT in the past with limited results and wasn't too hopeful. Despite this I gave it a shot with twice a week appointments. Each appointment started with an assessment and physical manipulation of my pain spots. Think a quick targeted massage to help loosen you up. Honestly this was my favorite part :) After about 5 weeks, pain and tightness I had been dealing with for over a year began to quickly release. With each visit I described myself as feeling better and better. Now having stopped going a few weeks ago I can say that the things Crest taught me have left a lasting impact. My overall tightness is greatly reduced and I have the knowledge to target any flare ups before they get unmanageable. Brian and his team are excellent. When I first came to Crest PT & W with a herniated disc and pinched nerve in my neck, I was barely able to move without being in excruciating pain. I was hesitant to start my PT at Crest because I had just had a terrible experience with another PT practice. I had also recently tried acupuncture therapy, chiropractic adjustments along with an epidural steroid injection by an orthopedic surgeon to no avail. However, after a brief consultation with Dr. Brian and an introduction to the Neubie device, it became very apparent that this was unlike any other PT around. Dr. Brian was very nurturing in his approach and provided detailed explanations of everything we were going to be doing on my road to recovery. Immediately after my first session, I could feel improvement in my mobility and a relief of pain. I continued to see Dr. Brian twice a week for a just over a month and am happy to say, today, I no longer have ANY pain or discomfort in my neck and my mobility is completely back to normal. My orthopedic surgeon had scheduled a second epidural steroid injection for me a month in advance, but by the time I went back for my secondary follow up, he was shocked by my improvement and said it "was very atypical"! I attribute all of my well being solely to the practices of Dr. Brian and his MAGICAL Neubie device! I came to Crest after I broke the top of my arm falling off my bike. It was my first broken bone ever so I've never done any type of physical therapy before and didn't know what to expect, but Brian made it a great experience!
