I…read morehad ordered a set of 4 custom wheels from them and the warehouse made a mistake and only shipped out one. I immediately contacted the company via their contact us email and heard back from a representative within 15 minutes on a Friday, after 5:00PM. They were very apologetic, said they would look into it immediately and within an hour I had another email that basically said "we screwed up, we will fix it". The Monday after, I received another email that they had sent out the additional 3 wheels Fedex OVERNIGHT! Understand these are 28lb boxes (3 of them) that are big enough to house a 17" wheel so not small. I can't imagine the cost associated with sending them overnight but the company stepped up and did what they thought was necessary to correct their mistake. You simply do not see this kind of customer service anymore. They went WAY above and beyond to fix this problem and at a significant expense to them. The product itself is exceptional, packaged as well as you can package something this big and heavy. Their response to a problem after hours is amazing and all the people associated with their customer service department should be complimented. Although I can't deal with their physical location due to geography, they will become my online go to site for anything automotive, even if it's more expensive than some of the other auto parts sites. Knowing that I will be taken care of as a customer is worth a premium to me. I'm almost 80 years old and this reminds me of the way business was done 60 years ago when the customer was king, businesses lived or died on their reputation and you could feel comfortable knowing any problems would be quickly resolved. Unfortunately, most businesses have drifted away from this model but thank you Koskowski for maintaining an old fashion business ethic.

That is until my lower control arm snapped and my mechanic said a used one would be easier to install than a new one. Most of the used parts out there are very rusty, however Kyle offered to sandblast and repaint the part. Sounded good to me. I ordered the part and said I needed it in time for my mechanic to install this week. The part arrived today on-time, clean, and painted just like he said.
