Took my atv to Crestview motorsports looking to get some parts replaced. After three weeks with nothing being done I went to check on my atv. I told them in person to cancel the service once I realized NOTHING had been done to the atv. I was told my atv had to be reassembled for insurance purposes but I seen my atv it was completely intact. Nearly forty minutes later I was told the repair was complete after I had already cancelled it. The rush to repair the vehicle after I requested to cancel. I took my motorcycle to Crestview Motorsports several months ago. I was told the push button starter needed rewiring, there was a shortage. I agreed, and asked for this to be completed. Once I got it home, I still could not get it to crank. I checked all that was repaired to my knowledge. It took three weeks for this one repair, and I was put-off for several calls. initially, I was told this repair would cost 120.00, once I went to pick it up the final cost was 221.00. Soon after I contacted another business in Crestview that works on Motorcycles. It needed two new parts, and once that was replaced and repaired, it still would not crank. The push start button that was (said) to be repaired at Motorsports was still part of the problem. They did not repair it at all, in fact the wire was split. NONE OF THIS WAS NEVER REPAIRED! worst place i have ever used. my bike has been there for a month and a half aftere they said they had fixed it. i am still getting charged $500 for work i allready paid for. lastly, they never even called me to inform me the work was done. good job guys. read more

My motorcycle had been sitting for too long and I needed a carb rebuild. I stopped into the shop and was told by one of the owners that they could pick it up from my house and take it to the shop at no charge since I lived pretty close. The scheduled pick-up time came and went. After multiple phone calls over several days, the bike was finally picked up a week late. That should have clued me in to how the rest of this experience was going to go. After a week and a half with no contact I called to get an update on the bike. They were surprised that no one had called and told me that the parts had already been ordered so hopefully I was ok with the price and everything they were doing. I agreed, knowing before hand what was going to need worked on and an average price, it wasn't too much different from what I expected. They said they would have it done by the end of the week. The end of the week arrives and I call to find out the status. They say it is not finished, but parts have not arrived yet and it should be done by the end of next week. End of week 3, I call to get a status on the bike. They say they are conveniently opening the parts as we speak on the phone... The owner gets upset when I mention they have had the bike for 3 weeks for a carb rebuild (booked at 4 hours) and starts to get mad at me, blaming me for leaving gas in the tank for too long, which is what he is getting paid to fix in the first place so I'm not too sure why that upset him. The end of the following week, keep in mind I hear nothing from them and have to constantly call when they tell me it will be done to find out it still isn't, they tell me more parts are on order and that his mechanic is out sick so no one has been able to work on it. It was surprising to find out that there is only one mechanic in the shop. They tell me that the parts are coming from California, supposedly to buy more time for why the bike still is not finished. They say it should be done the end of next week. End of week 5. Parts are in, only mechanic is finally back to work, should be done next week. They call me on Wednesday of week 6 to tell me my bike is finished. Since I did not plan my life around a month and a half carb rebuild, I told them I would be unable to pick the bike up until friday. I was informed that if I did not get it before the weekend that I would be charged. Having the bike for 6 weeks wasn't an issue, but having the bike there those last few weekend days was going to really take up too much space...ridiculous. When I arrived to pay I was informed that their earlier promise of not charging to pick up the bike was a lie. I asked to speak to the person who told me this and he said it wouldn't matter since he never does that and he doubts that she really told me it. Throughout the whole process I was belittled, ridiculed, and lied to. I have no idea how a company such as this can continue to operate with such poor practices. AVOID AT ALL COSTS and save yourself a headache and a month and a half of time by giving someone deserving and respectful your business. read more
