If i could give it a negative star I would. For starters, they don't have in store what they advertise online so what I was interested in, was not there. MAKE SURE TO CALL FIRST. Secondly, I bought a helmet from this place a week ago and i found another elsewhere. I tried to return it, and they would not take it. They have the return policy written down NO where, but still wont take it back. I also got a jacket from there, and I will be returning it tomorrow. I won't ever be doing business with this place anymore. To any new riders out there here are a few tips.. 1: don't buy a new bike, look on Facebook market or offer-up. It will save you a LOT of money. 2: don't buy any DOT helmets from them. Go online and find DOT snell approved helmets instead... Trust me 3: Don't buy mesh gear, it will melt into your skin if you do down!! 4: Stay away from this place, they care more about the money than the customer. I believe they sabotaged my bike for more business or the mechanic/manager are not good at their jobs. I bought a front tire from them and had them install it on my motorcycle. The bike now vibrates. I brought it back immediately and the manager spent 2 minutes looking at it. He blamed the rear tire, the chain, and the quality of tire I purchased from them and sent me away. I asked my question as kind as I could. She told me she didn't have time for this and put me on with the manager. I then told the manager what was going on. The manager told me, "We use to bandaid jobs but won't do it anymore." I then ask if anything could be done to fix my bike. He told me, " You will fully have to come out of pocket to fix it. Absolutely will not recommend. Asked for cost to mount 4 12" tires. Service counter had to go in the back to ask then told me $75 a tire. Outrageous. I don't normally post reviews unless someone has excellent service or in this case extremely poor service. The Manager at Hall's Motorsports in Crestview (Shane). Seems to be the only constant at this place. He must be related to the owner(s) of Hall's. Why else would he still be there with all of the problems they have. I have been trying to get the radio on my 2018 Kawasaki Voyager fixed for 6 months. Bike was purchased new from them in 2018. First. All of my mechanics quit. Second. I fired my service manager. Third. No one is here to fill out warranty paperwork the only person that knows how to do it is on vacation. Fourth. We are really backed up in the service department it will be 3 weeks before we can look at it. Fifth. We can get to it in a week. Took bike to them. 2 weeks later. We are really behind. We closed the service department to take care of the backup it will be 2 more weeks before we can get to it. I think the Owner(s) Needs to do something about this or that brand new building they invested their money in will soon be empty. read more

If I could give minus stars, I would. Unfortunately for the staff that work there, the General Store Manager reflects the atmosphere which is horrible. I took my motorcycle in to have new calipers put on. I phoned in first to see if they were able to do this as my bike is custom and they said yes. They replace the calipers no problem but unfortunately did not re-secure my brake light wires or replace my rear axle cap. The wire got caught in my rotor and got tore apart. After calling them about it, they said bring it back and they would fix it. I returned my bike and at the end of the second day called to see if it was done. They said they hadn't gotten to it yet. After speaking to the General Manager, he stated that he would only fix it if I paid as he considered it additional work. After a little arguing, he then said that he refused to repair their mistake and that he was putting my motorcycle outside with the key in it and leave it. Even after I told him his tech apologized and said they would take care of it. He even called the cops on me to make me leave the store. Absolutely horrible customer service and no responsibility or accountability for their mistake. I even had several employees apologize but could do nothing because of the general manager. Will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau and strongly recommend away from this business!! read more

We bought a Polaris 4x4 from Halls a few months ago. Will never buy from them again.They dropped the Polaris off at our home, without a manuel, and the young guy who brought it had very little knowledge of how the Polaris worked.Without a manuel and without much info we were clueless. I called and was told they didn't have a manuel for this brand new Polaris.I insisted we needed one.Was told they would order one and it would be mailed to us. After 2 wks I called, still no manuel. Another wk and we went to the shop.Was again told no manuel,one of the mechanics overheard the conversation and said there is a box of them in the back.Then my husband said you told me the Polaris would go as high as 35-40 miles an hour, mine will not go over 14 miles an hour. Our salesman acted like oh well that's a shame.The same mechanic said did you read your manuel. NO, we didn't have one remember.He then told us the Polaris will not go over 14 miles per hour if you don't have your seatbelt fasten.Why did no one tell us this.Our sales man should of went over these things .Also the guy who delivered it should have more knowledge of the machine.Then today we tried to make an appt.for its 25 hour check up to be told they couldn't get to it for several wks.We were told the first check up/oil change is free, now they say it's over $200.Plus when the Polaris was delivered it had almost no gas in it.Every machine we have ever bought like the Polaris ,came with a full tank. read more

Beware of this dealership!! I purchased a 2018 Harley Davidson motorcycle from the Crestview, FL location on 4/2/20. I traded in another Harley Davidson and paid the remainder in cash. As of today, June 10, 2020, I have not received the title to my motorcycle. It has not been registered with the State of Florida or Santa Rosa County. I have made numerous phone calls to the dealership. The person who answers the phone says they will check on it and call me back. No one ever calls back. I contacted someone from their Mobile location. No help. I have contacted a local attorney. I would give a -0- rating if possible. read more

My husband and I walked into Hall's in Crestview on 17 Mar with intentions of purchasing a 2018 Kawasaki Ninja 400. Long story short, the finance guy/Manager had very poor communication skills. Although, he is extremely knowledgeable about motorcycle financing processes, he doesn't know the 1st thing about people. We were told that we were approved for the bike with conditions of a down pmt and purchase of an extended warranty. I contacted the lender the next day to find out this wasn't true. We were approved with NO conditions. We confronted the finance guy and come to find out he "misspoke" or communicated poorly on those conditions bc apparently thats not what he meant to tell us (eyeroll). Anyway, he apologized and we purchased the bike. We were told it would arrive in a couple of days but they ordered the wrong color even AFTER my husband read the wrong color on the contract and was told "trust me thats just a default, we have ordered the correct color." So 13 days later, we get a call thats it in. We walk in the dealership and our sales guy doesn't even stand up to greet us and mumbles something about the finance guy being in his office. We thought this was VERY rude. We just purchased a brand new bike from him and he can't stand up to greet his customer? The finance guy didn't have the contract ready KNOWING we were on our way in so we sat and sat as he scrambled hurriedly to get this done. My husband rode the bike home only to notice, they didn't even fill the tank. Overall we are happy with the motorcycle just dissatisfied with the purchasing process with Hall's Motorsports...very unprofessional. Just a warning to future customers...ASK ASK ASK and don't walk away unless EVERYTHING has been explained in detail. Hall's unprofessionalism and lack of knowledge strikes AGAIN! This my 2nd Yelp review regarding a horrible experience. My husband called Hall's to make an appointment for his 1st oil change since purchasing his 2018 Ninja 400 March of this year. He is at his 500mi mark so he calls to receive what he believes is his free initial oil change which is common practice with other shops. The woman he spoke with while on SPEAKERPHONE (I can clearly hear her as well) gives him todays date 0900 as an option. He agrees to this date and asks her if this initial service was free but she doesn't know so she asks a colleague. She comes back on the phone and says YES. So perfect. I follow my husband to the shop at 0900 sharp. My husband is told the service is NOT free. He claims he's not sure why the woman would have told him it was. We live on the total opposite side of town (south of I10)...total waste of our time and gas. WTH is wrong with the communication in this shop?!? ai will definitely not only be posting my reviews here but on Facebook as well. ONE incident fine, but 2 in a matter 4mos? Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous! My husband can do his own oil changes but considering the 1st one is free, why not take it in? I used to recommend halls motorsports to anyone wanting a bike, atv or parts but after my experience yesterday with the "manager" I will never recommend or stick up for the company again. I called to simply follow up with the finance manager in regards to some paperwork on my bike.. I was told he quit, which explains why I didn't get information back like he stated I would.. so I politely asked to speak with who was handling finance, the polite salesperson told me his manger was for the time being. As I was trying to explain to manager my situation he he told me its gonna take 60-90 days( mind you it's been 2 1/2 months) I stated to him that I understood how the process works.. before I could re-explain that I never heard back from finance like he told me I would the Manager interrupts me and says (with a nasty attitude) "Then why are you bothering me with this dumb shit" honestly I was takin back that a manager would speak to someone like that especially a customer! I will NEVER do business with this company and that's a shame!! No wonder the finance manager quit! Hopefully they get a real manager soon for the companies sake! We did not have a great experience with Halls. We called ahead to let them know we would be coming to see a bike and live an hour away. My Bf had a few basic questions about the bike that the sales rep didn't know the answers to didn't try to find out. We asked to ride the bike and was told they don't allow test drives bc they don't have insurance to cover it. The only way to test drive the bike was to buy it and take it for a spin. If we didn't like the bike they would give our money back. I guess policy is policy so that's not my issue. It would have been a nice gesture to let us know we couldn't test drive the bike before we drove all the way there. read more

I heard of this place through a friend contacted them and was surprised at the new model 2019 polaris sportsman 570sp that was on the showroom floor. did the financing everything was great. I being a dummy not understanding all the extra thousands of dollars were added on top of the msrp for warranties. low and behold that those warranties are BS.. So when I needed to use the warranty I called halls in crestview and was tolled to bring it on up there and they would fix it.. I dropped my atv off with them to get serviced and the engine wasnt running. 3 weeks pass and no word back!! on anything so I gave them a call for them to tell me that the warranty wont cover my motor not running and suggested for me to buy a $7000$ motor!! are you serious the bike was barely worth that brand new in 2019.. so mechanic is trash I picked my bike up while them telling me it had no compression they left my sportsman out in the weather the whole 3 weeks and ruined my head unit display water damage and it was cracked not sure why??? got the bike back home and there was a piece of my air filter stuck in the intake valve took me all of 10 mins to figure this out cleaned it up put back together and started right up... long story short there service, maintenance and sales are all trash. they wouldn't cover my head unit because apparently "everything(electronics, engines, diffs, etc.) is hard to warranty" said customer service. will not recommend this place to anyone. it will be worth your time to go a little further nd get a great deal. and I will refuse to take my sportsman back there ever again. read more

This is the last place I would take my bike to be worked on, I took my bike in for a carberator cleaning and adjustment. It took 3 weeks for this to get done, after numerous call they finally told me it was done. When I went to pick it up I was told that the bike wasn't running correctly , they would have to order new boots for the carbeurator and a new breather box due to the age these parts were letting the bike take in too much air. I paid for what they already repaired and told them to order the other parts that were needed , this was the first of April , why they put it back together I don't know for the extra hour of pay I guess. I went up today to check on the process and still nothing has been done to it as of yet,it is now the first of July .The gentleman told me today that they were still waiting on parts these are the parts that I ordered myself and dropped off to them , his response was well I just took over the parts department and he would check on this and call me back by the end of the day ,they will close in an hour and surprise no calls as of yet. This company doesn't care about their community they lie to you constantly , and could careless about what promises they make to you. Please stay away from this location . In a nut shell they have had my bike since April and could careless when I get it back. Absolutely awful. Shawn, the manager there, is the worst possible person to do business with. I bought a 2019 Kawasaki Vulcan from this place and they lied to me every step of the way. Shawn specified that I had to pay for the bike and sign for it in full just for him to be able to order the bike to the dealership. Bike arrives damaged and even has paint streaks that were awful. When I asked Shawn what he was going to do about it, He told me to take the bike and leave because he didn't have time for me because other customers were in the store and said it doesn't matter since I already signed for the bike (that he said I HAD to sign for for them to order it to the dealership.) Once you sign the papers, this guy doesn't care about you at all. That fact that Shawn hasn't been fired after all these negative reviews bewilders me. The dealership is nice, the sales men are nice, Shawn is the absolute worst thing about that place and I had multiple employees apologizing to me over him saying how this is regular for him to treat customers after he screamed at me in front of multiple customers inside the store. Law got called and he started throwing a pity party about how "his poor dog hasn't been let out all day" when that has absolutely nothing to do with his job or my bike. He then had a police officer escort us off the property. I wasn't asking for anything besides the guy to do his job. Don't go here, trust me. They'll act nice up front, then screw you once they have your money. Shawn should be fired. Not even going to get the first servicing on my bike done here, and never coming back unless I hear things have changed. read more

The guy is 0 for 5 on promises to call back regarding jetski parts. I ordered and paid for them over a week ago. They were supposed to be here in a few days days, "usually two to three days". I called to check the status after a week. He promised to get a tracking number and call me "right back" . Three days later, I call, he appologises, and says he will get a tracking number and call me "right back". 3 hours later, I call and he apologizes, and promises to check and call me right back. I call just before they close, you guessed it... Next morning, I call and he is out of the shop and no one else knows anything.... Bottom line, I have guests coming in this weekend and we won't have a jetski because of this guys incompetence. I would recommend going ANYWHERE but here for anything. read more
