I got a call at 9:30 at night the night before I left. I didn't respond right away because I was hosting a fundraising event. I also got a text. I answered right when I saw it around 11 at night and said I never got a confirmation. No response to my text. The next day no one showed up for pick up. I called after waiting I texted and left a message. My husband called and left a message as well. I also then wrote an e mail, sent one or two more texts. No response. After waiting for 30 min we had to leave and we're forced to take our car into the city and we were stressing. When I landed I wrote another text and again no response. I was concerned that I would get charged for a service I never got a courtesy response no apology. I wrote another e mail and again no response . The driver saw she was clearly has trouble getting around due to her age and recent surgery yet he still pushed that she gets in this high giant bus and her had to help her physically to do so. Then insisted she stepped on this child booster seat to get out which he didn't even hold in place so it slipped out from under her so fell out of this party bus into traffic at the airport. She was completely on the ground! There was no help called to tend to her in anyway. A passing bystander stopped to help her off the ground. She was completely flustered and upset. Henry was available over several weeks of planning where he always answered my questions as I never hired a private car for a prom. Our driver was Evans and he was extremely professional and kind. He took the kids to multiple stops for photos and waited patiently for them to finish. He even messaged me at the end of the night to let me know the kids were dropped off safely to the final stop. As a parent, this meant a lot to feel reassured your kids are safe. We ordered a Cadillac Escalade which was clean and in pristine condition.
