I chose this one because it was conveniently located and provided both inside and outside cleaning. The exterior wash uses a typical tunnel system, effectively removing visible dirt, snow, and mud from the car. However, it won't give you that freshly waxed look you'd expect from a proper handwash. For the interior, they perform a quick cleaning and vacuuming by multiple staff members but don't expect them to move your belongings or wipe down surfaces. If your car is embarrassingly dirty, this wash will get you to an acceptable level, but if you're trying to impress someone, this isn't the right place for you. You may want to consider paying for a more premium car wash instead.

I'm the type that likes to pull up somewhere, spray or vacuum my car, and take off. Those do-it-yourself places are becoming harder and harder to find or they only take physical currency(which I never have). So, enter Mike's Carwash. I needed a wash after the snow this year to eliminate all traces of salt. I pulled in here(after another one down the street was super busy). I lined up in the cars, and a dude greeted me and asked what type of wash I wanted. They had 4 levels, ranging from around 11 bucks up to 80ish. You could choose a level and pay or you could choose a monthly subscription from one of those options. I went with level 2. I think it was 22 dollars for the wash, wax, and whatever else comes with it. If you subscribe monthly, they had a deal that made it 39 dollars(normally 50ish) a month, so three washes a month would pay for the sub. I don't need a subscription at the moment because my car is turning 18 this year and going strong, but when the time comes for a new car, I'm seriously going to consider a subscription to one of these places. After you pay, you stay in line until you reach the tunnel that pulls your car through. A guy gives your car a pre-spray, pull up on the conveyor, set your car to neutral, and enjoy. It was seamless and fast. I thought 20 bucks was steep for a single wash, but I didn't want to go with the cheapest. Normally, the cheap option misses the mark in cleaning off your car. I will say the wax they use in that 2nd level is nice. My car was looking bright days later... not something I usually care about, but it caught my attention. The only thing I'd maybe recommend is for signs or something reminding you to fold in your windows and/or remove antennas that you may have. I almost forgot and had to hop out before we got to the pre-spray guy. A+ though. I'll be back when my car needs a cleaning.

Ryan was incredibly rude and standoffish. Emotionless individual. May have been the heat plus a…read moretough shift but something tells me that's just his personality, no clue how he's a manager. Having been a former shift manager I'm fully aware of the values at this company. Fun, always being my favorite, wasn't displayed anywhere here. Everyone looked miserable. Again probably was the heat. Today's experience went something like this. Got a basic wash with a ticket and a vacuum. Quality was on point as always. Vacuumed worked great, worth paying for. I forgot my micro fiber cloth at home, so I ran in to ask if they wouldn't mind letting me snag one. "Hey man I don't have my micro fiber with me today is there anyway you think I could get one? Do you think Brendan would mind?" I said this in my most friendly WOW zone voice I could. I know they're reserved for unlimited customers only, but thought I'd ask anyways. barley looking up at me, leaned over on the counter top on his phone, most monotoned voice, With a complete uninterested face, says "are you a unlimited customer?" I said no. "They're only for unlimited customers." I said " aw man even for a former employee with a year of service?" (even said this very lightly with a friendly smile, kinda jokingly). again, barley interested in my general presence he said "I don't even know who you are." I named dropped the GM at this location and stated i didnt work at this specific one (Obviously indicating i knew enough about what I was talking about to be a former employee). I simply said never mind and walked out. Heres the deal, If he was friendly about it and stood on the rule of not letting non unlimited Customers take a cloth i would have completely respected that. No problem. Would have left and carried on. I get it, Policies are in place, same ones I upheld....other than when great customer service opportunities presented themselves, you know..."WOWING the customer". I was completely friendly, and he was incredibly rude and disrespectful , enough to make me feel incredibly unwelcome in the customer service booth. He acted like I was scamming him out of a singular cloth. Won't be returning to this location and once all my free washes and my book tickets are gone, probably won't be returning other than for the occasional early bird special during winter months. I think Ryan should be retrained on customer service or maybe just be a loader instead of interacting with customers.
