They looked over my car first thing and gave me a call to discuss their recommendations. They started with the easiest and least expensive option to troubleshoot my problem, and did not try to sell me on thousands of dollars of things that might be the issue up front. It turns out, thankfully, the easiest solution worked, and I was able to pick up my car the same day. Few places, in my experience, provide this kind of conscientious service any more in the automotive industry. I am really grateful to have found them.

Luckily I was by their Crestwood KY shop. I took it to them in a panic due to us traveling. They greeted us and quickly took my car back to diagnose the issue. During waiting for the issue to be resolved they offered us water, coffee, and snacks several times. After they diagnose the issue and reset to code and made sure it wasn't getting the error code, they sent us on our way to enjoy a weekend in Nashville. I cannot thank them enough for the quick service, they were extremely caring and knowledgeable. I would recommend them at this location to anyone in the area with car issues!!!

Man oh man, if it wasn't for this shop I would have been in a horrible place…read more Spent good money at another certain shop that is "Toyota specific" in Middletown. And they destroyed the studs on my exhaust manifold from a simple bolt on magnaflow exhaust that should have been no more than 2 hours and a few hundred dollars. It left that shop leaking and loose, right rear cat failed and magnaflow honored the warranty and shipped me a replacement. Brought it back to have them swap the part and fix the leak. It leaked even worse and the owner told me straight to my face that it was not leaking and it didn't fit perfect cause it wasn't OEM. I finally find Eric with performance automotive and come To find out he even used to work at ams, so he knows what he's doing for sure. After spending 3 hours removing the old stripped studs and putting in new hardware, the magnaflow exhaust all went into place perfect like an OEM part . Had some other parts that needed to go on before a trip back to California and when I went to drop off truck my alternator was showing signs it was going out. Got all the parts together and he managed to swap that, installed my traction bars, do my carrier bearing on my driveshaft, and airbag cradles. Truck drives perfect now and while his shop rate may be "high" to some people, he actually is working that full hour and doesn't just sit around. I'd rather pay more per hour and less hours and ensure it gets done than some of these other shops in the area that charge less per hour but bill you more hours and mess things up like what I experienced that he had to fix. Overall you get what you pay for and simply put, He's the only shop I would ever go to out there.

Having been a former shift manager I'm fully aware of the values at this company. Fun, always being my favorite, wasn't displayed anywhere here. Everyone looked miserable. Again probably was the heat. Today's experience went something like this. Got a basic wash with a ticket and a vacuum. Quality was on point as always. Vacuumed worked great, worth paying for. I forgot my micro fiber cloth at home, so I ran in to ask if they wouldn't mind letting me snag one. "Hey man I don't have my micro fiber with me today is there anyway you think I could get one? Do you think Brendan would mind?" I said this in my most friendly WOW zone voice I could. I know they're reserved for unlimited customers only, but thought I'd ask anyways. barley looking up at me, leaned over on the counter top on his phone, most monotoned voice, With a complete uninterested face, says "are you a unlimited customer?" I said no. "They're only for unlimited customers." I said " aw man even for a former employee with a year of service?" (even said this very lightly with a friendly smile, kinda jokingly). again, barley interested in my general presence he said "I don't even know who you are." I named dropped the GM at this location and stated i didnt work at this specific one (Obviously indicating i knew enough about what I was talking about to be a former employee). I simply said never mind and walked out. Heres the deal, If he was friendly about it and stood on the rule of not letting non unlimited Customers take a cloth i would have completely respected that. No problem. Would have left and carried on. I get it, Policies are in place, same ones I upheld....other than when great customer service opportunities presented themselves, you know..."WOWING the customer". I was completely friendly, and he was incredibly rude and disrespectful , enough to make me feel incredibly unwelcome in the customer service booth. He acted like I was scamming him out of a singular cloth. Won't be returning to this location and once all my free washes and my book tickets are gone, probably won't be returning other than for the occasional early bird special during winter months. I think Ryan should be retrained on customer service or maybe just be a loader instead of interacting with customers.
