I am able to schedule my regular appointments, and irregular appointments, easily in person or over the phone. They provide automated reminders to help you (and keep you from slinking away under the guise of memory issues). Everyone I've had contact with over several years has been very nice and friendly, and caring, gentle, and understanding of someone who probably isn't the best patient. Their equipment is top notch and makes getting x rays, cleaning, and the other stuff much easier to tolerate. If I didn't need to have work done on my teeth to be there I would go more often to catch up with my hygienist and Dr. Wenninger. Getting in and out of the parking lot can be a bit of a problem at times especially when there are school buses making their turns at the intersection, but even that has gotten better (props to the DOT). If you are looking for a dentist because you are new to the area, or just looking to make a switch I can happily recommend Dr. Wenninger, even though he's a dentist.

The Mortenson I went to…read morewas close to home and fine, but I felt the care I received was a little rushed and not as thorough at times (they diagnosed me with multiple cavities, but when they drilled into my teeth they realized that they were not actually cavities). I really enjoyed the care I received at Carroll Dental Care. Morgan was the hygienist that saw me and she did an excellent job. She was thoughtful in her approach while cleaning and examining my teeth. Dr. Newman was also awesome. He was very careful and thorough in examining my teeth. He also took the time to explain his observations and findings and gave his suggestions for the next steps. Because of the time he spent explaining everything, I was able to make a better decision in my care. I appreciate all the hard work Morgan and Dr. Newman are doing!

That being said Dr. Feeley has totally changed that! I went in for a cleaning and the staff were wonderful and nice. They made me feel so comfortable I wasn't worried at all. Dr. Feeley checked my teeth and told me I needed a filling, which I was really not excited for, borderline anxiety attack about, but when I came back and sat in the chair she did everything to make me feel comfortable and calm. So in looking for a new dentist to take care of my family of 8 and accommodating multiple cleaning at 1 visit, have quality, trustworthy care, and the family feel in the office was very important to me. The entire staff is so welcoming that they immediately ease your anxiety when you walk in the door. Unfortunately, I have a lot of dental and possible health issues that need to be addressed. I also have TMJ and, even though, I said that it was fine for the Dentist to go ahead and finish more work, she told me that she was uncomfortable to do too much because of the chance of me possibly getting lock jaw. On my way out, I was clearly informed by the Dentist as to the next steps that I need to take to get my health issues resolved. I have already referred several people to this business. I am so thankful that my parents referred me here!
