I really like the fact that when you have a subscription to crew car wash that you can literally go anytime you choose. The fact that I don't like is the price. Who would have fun that to get a car wash these days would be as expensive as it is. The positives for crew car wash is always the friendly excited and helpful staff. So due to the fact that I do have a monthly subscription which charges 40 bucks per month for the ultimate car wash.; I go often. I signed up with a membership and had no issues going through the wash for the first 5 times. I went through today and they lowered their distance bar because the wire broke holding it up and the antenna on my truck hit it. They told me I couldn't go through because no mater what part of the vehicle hits it could cause damage. I don't recommend this site. read more

Pretty decent overall car wash... However, they insist on having a young employee put a streak of soap on your back window. I asked why once, and they said "for insurance purposes." I pulled up in the far left lane for cashier and a car pulled up just ahead of me first. They did not pull all the way up to the cashier spot. I waited about three minutes and nobody came over to the car and your attendance kept servicing the other two or three lanes. I beep the horn. No response and the cars in the other lanes kept pulling up and those cashiers kept bouncing around from lane to lane except nobody came to the first lane. Like I said, I watched the car pull up in front of me. I eventually had to back up and turn around and leave. This is the second time I've had terrible service such as this same type of service. read more

Good car wash but they need to spray the vehicles with soapy spray before going through the wash

My only complaint is that they need someone directing the cars from the different lanes during busy times. People get aggressive and don't follow the proper order and wait their turn. This could be avoided with a staff member directing the cars. read more

Traveling from out of town and hit the first car wash we saw. Right as we pulled up our 6yr old got car sick. A young man and woman working immediately stepped up and helped us park off to the side and offered water, napkins and eventually stickers and a little toy, making sure our little one was ok and that we had anything we could need. I have been with Crew since 2017, at first the service to members was great. Recently they changed the lane configuration so that non members drive straight into the wash station and members normally have to wait to merge in. Now they are getting busy to a point where cars are backed-up onto the Street. So there fix is to direct those cars to the non-member lanes, and allow them to by-pass all the members patiently waiting their turn in line. I loved that this car wash was close to home and I signed up for the 29.99 unlimited carwash, however the girl who signed me up failed to tell me this was just a promotion price for 3 months. Didn't know this until they took out 49.99 out of my bank act. I called to cancel my service they won't refund any money just told me my carwashes will end on the 25th of February.
