DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!! I loved this car wash when it was birdies before the new ownership took it over. Now the equipment is horrible the staff is rude and they jacked the prices way up... They never have drying towels available and try to limit you to 2 which for a large truck is ridiculous. My last visit the guy directing me in told me to go to far over to the right. Which ended up skewing my whole truck in the wash. It rammed me into the metal frames and damaged my $80k truck. Now the rude manager just called and claimed it was my fault for listening to her employee. No safety rails or anything in there but it's my fault and my claim won't be covered. Made a report and filed a claim to have it repaired but the company claims there was prior damage and is refusing to honor the claim. There was no prior damage. There was not even a scratch on my vehicle. They refused to show me the evidence that my mirror had prior damage. Manager was a real bitch and refused to do anything about my damage. read more

STAY AWAY. I just took my vehicle here and got the $21 wash, truck wasn't even that dirty. The wash not only didn't clean my vehicle fully, it left a large amount of soap. I did not want to run my vehicle through here again because the same thing would happen, not to mention the brushes were extremely rough on the vehicle, it jerked side to side as I was going through the brushes. They declined to refund me so I could go elsewhere and properly wash the soap off. Now I will have to go through the tedious process of removing dried soap scum by hand. read more

I have aways had excellent service for many years! Take 5 car wash has friendly attentive attendants. When I was not there for a month because of a broken foot. Many of the employees came and asked me why I had not been there , because they were concerned. I would not go anywhere else! 7 car pile up in the wash bay on 6-14-2024 at CP location and conveyor did not stop, lots of damage at no fault of the customers in the bay. Corporate will not reimburse for damages and gives you a posted note scribbled with a plate number of a person they say did not exit fast enough. What the hell am I supposed to do to track this plate number and then what...Knock on their door???? They are a bad company and will likely get pushed out of our community through people sharing. read more

They offer different car wash options for multiple prices, the monthly membership I love because you know having dirty car is just a drive away from being taken care of. The Take 5 Carwash on Broadway is way over priced. $16 got me a dirty windshield and dirty back window. The equipment inside the car wash is being replaced but is down- sized so you have this large tunnel with little equipment. No tire shine, no under the vehicle. Just soap, brush, little sprinkle of water and dryers. The vacuum is horrible. You can't say 'it sucks' because it doesn't. I tried various hoses and all were the same, no suction. No towels. Please do not waste your money or time. read more

Beware previous Birdie's Car Wash gift card holders. The purchase of Birdie's by Take 5 included honoring previously held gift cards according to the previous owner. In reality the cards will not function at the kiosks and the Take 5 staff will tell you that they're no good due to the ownership change. Contacting Take 5 corporate may get you some sympathy gift cards but they don't seem to have any interest in resolving the underlying issue of people being lied to. read more

Afterwards I went to the attendant who told me that they know it wasn't working because they ran out of cleaner but still charge for it. They told me that someone came in and cancelled it that had the same vehicle. WHAT? When I tried to continue the membership they wouldn't honor the old price. Strike 1 - they changed the ultimate wash quality. Wash is average at best. Strike 2 - vacuums are horrible Strike 3 - called to voice concerns 5 times. All 5 times never answered and eventually call was disconnected. Physically drove to location and cancelled our two vehicles. Started using Crew a couple weeks back. A little further drive but worth it. read more

This place has always given me good service. I have the monthly membership for my work vehicle. I am constantly impressed with the quality of the wash, and they're always seeming to add more features and benefits. Took my car in for a quick $3 wash only to have experienced the damage the cloth did to my antenna as well as the paint.Which will now cost upwards of $300!! The antenna was bent ( which can be fixed) however the worst part of it is being pulled up completely out of the body which cracked the paint job!! The employees were nice enough to explain my responsibility regarding the antenna however it said zero about the body of the vehicle. The manager was extremely rude. Luxurious car wash, amazing customer service, I usually hate washing my car but this place made me love it.. it's totally worth every penny.

I am a regular customer and i take my dogs with me through the car wash. Last week a attendant decided to come up to my truck window and start teasing my dogs. They went crazy and tried to break the window and scratched my door. All this was caught on their security tapes that the manager showed me. First th manager tried to lie and said he couldnt find the video then when i went it he magically found it. Once we found it he said that it wasnt that bad! I also spoke with the owner and he said he said it was my fault for bringing them. Totally unprofessional even with the video footage to back it up. I would not recommend this car wash to my worst enemy. read more
