I took their Row and Ride Threshold class via ClassPass and loved it! I was a first timer and they took their time helping me get set up and showing me how to use each machine. The instructor was friendly. The workout was very challenging but you can go at your own pace, so I didn't feel intimidated. The place is a bit far for me, but I'll try to return when I can. Literally one of the best workout classes I've ever done! I did Row +Ride: Threshold with Meredith and I would recommend it a million times over. Meredith was great, knowledgeable and so encouraging. She let us do modifications based on our needs and any restrictions we may have. This was a full body workout where you go at your own pace. I love rowing but they also added in cycling and floor work with weights! You had crunches, lunges and more in between your rowing and cycling sets. Truly incredible. Also the playlist was fire!! Came here on a class pass and I have been here before but the last time I came I had a breakfast burrito two hours prior to and I feel like throwing up. This time I did not make that mistake and I did not eat anything and I took it easy, but I kind of felt like the instructor called me out for taking it easy when I was really trying not to injure my body. Overall, it was a pretty good workout, but because I felt like I had been shamed I'm not sure if I would go back unless nothing else was available. Spoke with the former client of the place and the person told me that this instructor in particular does not like class pass students and when I asked how this person knew that the person said because the instructor had stated that during a class one time. read more

My husband and I have taken many classes here via ClassPass and we absolutely love it!! Each class has been different than the next, which is always preferred, and contains a combination of rowing, cycling and weight lifting. Typically, the class is broken up into sets that last anywhere from 8-12 minutes and no two sets are alike. The sets are listed on the screen up top so it's easy to see in case you forget what to do next. We love the variety and that we're constantly switching things up as I get bored easily. The instructors are so friendly and are always watching for good form! We're also always greeted warmly when we walk. Definitely give this place a try, especially if you like rowing but don't want to just row for 45 minutes straight! read more

My favorite workout class in Houston! As a retired college athlete, working out can feel like a chore. Not here! Each class is 45 minutes of high energy cardio and hopping off to do some weight reps in between. When I first received a class pass, I was worried as I had never rowed before, but the staff are so friendly and walk you through a tutorial before you start. They'll help you with your form, but it has never felt like someone is watching over my shoulder to judge my workout. Plus, it's intense, gets my heart rate up, and it's not too hard on my joints (sensitive from years of running). I love to pop in about twice a week for a sweet alternative cardio workout - always the highlight of my day! read more

I have been coming here on and off for 2 years and love the workout this gives me. I have had a direct membership and have taken classes through class pass. Dan and Marcia, the owners, make you feel welcome at all fitness levels. You chose the weights you want to use as part of the strength training off the rower. yOu also set your own damper on the rower so you can really customize this.
