When you finally approach the teller you are frequently met by an unfriendly face: no "hello" or "welcome," as if they're doing you a favor by serving you. I tried to make an appointment online and went through all the steps and when I clicked schedule an appointment it told me there was a system error to try again later. The only choice is to actually go down to the branch and then they will tell you that you don't have an appointment so they can't help you.
