A few weeks ago, I contacted these folks about pressure washing the concrete in our backyard and…read morepatio areas, along with some other walkways around our house. A couple of young men came out, and cleaned out the gutters, which is also a service they offer, and then did the pressure washing work. When they were done, I went to check it out, and was to be honest, not impressed. The concrete was definitely lighter in color, but all the dark spots and stains were still there. My philosophy, when things like this happen is that, well, things like this happen. I called he company the next day, and spoke with Chris. He was shocked to hear about the job that the two guys had done the day before, and immediately said he would come out and take a look at things. He asked me to send him a couple of photos, which I did, and we made arrangements for someone to come back out. Turns out it was Chris himself. He did an unbelievably great job! Most of the areas in question look practically brand new again. And the areas that were really, really really bad look way way way better. I get that, for a variety of reasons, sometimes services rendered aren't all they could be. That has happened with me on the other end of things, in my line of work. When it does happen, and I am the consumer, I always reach out to the business and give them the opportunity to respond. Sometimes the response is not great. Here, though, it was outstanding. Chris scheduled me as soon as both of our calendars allowed, came out, and was here for hours and hours, and as I said before, did a really fantastic job. To me, that's super important. Things do go wrong from time to time, and what counts is how the company stands behind its work and makes things right. These guys nailed it! I would absolutely use them again, and I would recommend them 100%. Well done!
