Love this place. Been here three times already within the last 6 years and I will continue to come back. The service you get here is something you can expect from a real small town furniture provider. I've purchased a sectional from here last year and this year I purchased a reclining L-shaped set along with a tall 4 seater dining room table. They were able to do same delivery and offer payment plan programs that don't require credit check. The delivery guys are phenomenal, they've delivered our furniture the last three purchases and I really give them props because lucky us we always seem to get a second floor apartment with a narrow entry. Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been in twice and the lady that I believe is an owner or manager that's always sitting behind the desk is extremely rude. I thought after the first visit that everyone has a bad day and I went back a few weeks later. Apparently you have to know exactly what you want and can not ask a question. Definitely do not ask for the measurement of one of the couches or to see if it comes in any other colors. That's a big no no. I tried to use them since they are a mom and pop shop. read more

When I called to complain about it, they rudely said, "So! it was on the floor for a short time. What! Now you want us to deliver you a new one?!". BUYER BEWARE! We purchased a cribe 5 months before our baby's due date and they promised us the cribe before our due date that never happened. I kept calling them and they kept telling me it will be available in 2 weeks. I waited 5 months and they kept giving me the run around. Finally, I told them this is enough. I'm done and want a refund. They said they will process my refund and until today, 8 months later I never got my refund. We paid in full. Since we used our Capital One credit card, we disputed the charge and today Capital One sent us an email that they are sending us a refund. I should have read all these negative reviews about this company and can't believe they are in business. I hope this review helps others save their time and money. read more

Great products and knowledgeable staff. Their "expert assembly" could use a little work. Their delivery dates are lies. My bed took 3wks to arrive even though it was in stock. The assembly guys put my bed together wrong and when I called to have them fix it, they weren't pleased. When time came for them to fix their mistake, they basically ding dong ditched me. I ran from one end of the house to the other to get the door and poof, they were already gone after one knock. I'm disappointed that they haven't even attempted to fix their mistake. I spent a nice chunk of change too, so I expected a little bit more when I had paid for more. My bed is never going to be fixed and I guess I'll just have to accept that...even though I paid to have it put together by "experts". Save your money and do it yourself, you'd probably do a better job. read more

I have to say that we were disappointed with the service. We ordered a bunker bed and it was supposed to be delivered in a week, but actually delivered in a month. The delivery truck was supposed to show up at 4pm, but end up showing up at 8:30pm. The delivery guys were exhausted and complaining about the how little they got paid for working so hard. I had uncertainty's of the furniture fitting correctly so they offered to come to my house and measure everything. Walked in there looking to buy a crib and furniture for my daughters nursery. They followed me around like a hawk and kept pushing me to buy more expensive pieces that were out of my budget. Talk about helicopter shopping. Many times I told them I was browsing and if I needed help I would find a rep. He said ok and stood behind me still recommending more expensive pieces. Not sure how much clearer I could have made myself. Leave me alone!! They seemed so pathetically desperate and the upsell was way too apparent. I just saw the news piece on CBS and I cannot believe that after eleven years this place is still open!!! The minute I heard about a mother that hadn't received her baby furniture after 4 years, I KNEW it had to be Crib 2 Teens!! I bought my baby furniture from them eleven years ago and I got the same run around! I was told it would take 4-6 weeks. It took 4 months!! Every week I was told a new story. It's on the cargo ship, it's at the warehouse in New Jersey, it's on the truck....what a bunch of liars. They finally came and gave me a temporary crib and changing table because my baby was due in a matter of weeks and I still had no furniture! We've made 2 purchases here over the last 2 years and this has become our go-to location to buy furniture. We spent a lot of time and many trips figuring out what sectional we wanted, and ended up doing a custom order and love it. Each time we went back (many times) to look over existing inventory and flip through the catalogs, Russ and the rest of the staff were happy to spend as much time as it took to make sure we were dialed in to exactly what we wanted. I have bought several beds from them. 3 weeks ago I purchased a bunk bed again from them. Well, the contract apparently is 7 days from the date you order- it took 2 weeks to even receive my bed. So when I wasn't happy with it, I was already screwed. When I ordered the bunk bed I wanted something specific to fit in my daughters room- the guy told me the stairs can be on the opposite side. Well they can't be. So I have drawers up against a wall- not useful. The delivery guys were well over an hour late, then showed up in a rude pissy way. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I had to leave my house that's how horrible these delivery people were. When I got home apparently they saw that they drilled a screw through the inside wall and said they would report it and come fix it, a week later I called and had to FIGHT to get it replaced. Yes, finally it was replaced. When they came out to replace it, SAME RUDE DRIVERS came. This time they dealt with my sister and were extremely rude. When I called to complain again, I was told "they never get complaints" well that's twice now a they are horrible!! At the same time I tried to tell them another crack was found, and they argued with me. I'm still waiting for them to fix this bed the right way. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this is my 2nd horrible BED from them and repeated bad customer service. I am stuck with a bed that isn't what I ordered, that has several broken issue AND terrible delivery drivers. Just plain nasty and rude. No more chances for them. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for over a year. I was looking for new bedroom furniture for my daughter so my husband and I stopped in to check out what they had in the store. The sales people were friendly, but it should have been a red flag that they were too friendly. They were willing to price match any price we threw at them and so we decided a few days later to place the order. We were told it it had to be shipped to their warehouse and then they would need to pick it up and then they would deliver it to our house... Every week I called and they kept saying they had to wait until they had enough deliveries before they could go pick up the furniture. After a few months I finally said give me my money back and cancel my order, then I was told they would deliver the furniture the next day and that they would call later in the afternoon with the delivery time. When I didn't hear from them I called again and said I don't care if you have the furniture cancel my order and give me a refund. They called back and said fine, so clearly they didn't have the furniture. I can go on and on but eventually I had to dispute the charge with my credit card and finally got a refund. I just saw the news story on CBS and shocked to find out that I am not the only one who had a similar experience at this store. Then reading the reviews on Yelp I can't believe how many people they've told the same story too. I ordered a toddler bed back in 2013. I don't remember the time frame I was told when it would arrive, probably 6-10 weeks. The time passed and I called and called and was told it was in shipment but stuck on a container. I was offered a loaner bed in the mean time. I chose not to use their loaner bed but wait for this toddler bed. After waiting so long I went into the store and chose to just get a different bed. I chose to get a twin bed which we ordered and did get. The twin bed probably cost me three times as much, hence probably why there was not an issue. I would not buy furniture from this store. We came into the store to purchase a sofa for our new home but ended up buying a sofa, coffee table, and dining table as well! Russell was the one assisting us and he was very friendly and informative. It was truly appreciated how he gave his honest input with every question we had, and he knew exactly what he was talking about. This place is the worst of the worst. Its taken a year to write the review because once I FINALLY got my sons (nursery furniture) he was already 4 months old and I was too busy. Side note I ordered 4 months prior to my due date. When my furniture was to be delivered I kept getting the run around as to why It was delayed. When I had them send me the invoice as proof the ordered it, I noticed the date. They never ordered my furniture until the day I called to complain. While mistakes do happen I was expecting then to admit fault. Instead I was lied to and the manufacture was blamed instead. The date or order was RIGHT there on the invoice. Once the order was finally place the long beach port had already gone on strike and my shipment was delayed further and further. While I received a small discount.. The service, the lies, everything nothing will ever make the situation better in my eyes. They are full of SH#T. Please be warned don't ignore the reviews as I did. read more

Please don't do what I did. My wife and I are having our first baby so we needed a crib and bedroom set. Our neighbor just had a baby and bought a crib from here but warned us that whatever time frame they tell you, add a few weeks. I didn't really believe her so I pulled up the yelp reviews. Mostly negative but usually only disgruntled people post a review. Most of the reviews have a common theme...not delivering on time. We decided to go there anyway instead of driving a little further to the valley. That's fine since we were ordering 5 month's in advance of our due date. They told us 6-8 weeks. Plenty of time if we add a couple of weeks to that, even if we double it. I could not have been more wrong. After 12 weeks went by I gave them a call (you would think that they would have called me by now explaining why they had not delivered) Excuse #1Should be here any day, we will call you when we get it in. Another couple weeks goes by (no call) I stop into the store. Excuse #2 It's in a shipping container in the port but it's held up in custom's with all the Homeland security stuff going on. Another couple weeks goes by (no call) I call them. I'm told that the person handling my account is not in and to call back after 7pm. i call back after 7 to find out that the store closes at 7pm. I call the next day and Larry says, "we will deliver next Thurs." Great. Thurs. morning rolls around, I call the store. "What time are you delivering?" Larry: "We had a mix up and the wrong color was delivered to us so It's gonna be a few more days." Another couple weeks goes by, (no call). I call again. Excuse #3 The crib manufacturing company employee's went on strike so everything is delayed. It's going to be a few more weeks. Are you kidding me. There were a few more excuses but we finally got our stuff 2 month's after our baby was born. My wife and I were stressed out throughout the ordeal. We were not able to complete the babies room and put everything away or have a changing table in her room for the first two month;s. By far, the worst purchase experience of our lives. Avoid this place like the plague. My own fault for not listening to my neighbor, yelp and my own instincts. read more
