My wife bought a phone from them and the screen just stopped working after an update. I went to them and their business hours is not correct. Waited 2 hours till they were finally opened. They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning. Do not go here unless you like just throwing away money

I asked if she can at least confirm that they have some in the store so I don't wait in line for nothing. She refused to answer. A little while later, another employee was walking by so I stopped him and asked if they had any 15s in stock. He said no but they can order one. This is ENTIRELY deceptive and atrocious customer service. It's ridiculous to make a long line of people wait under the impression that they have a stock of phones, not to mention the people in line who weren't there for a new phone who also had to wait for the 15 phone shoppers.
