He also provided backup equipment, including rod & reel which ended up being used since we snagged a log that took hook and all our line. Bathrooms (two) are to the right of front door and were kept clean. Wonderful time, caught five beautiful rainbow trout.

You drive your own golf cart along the trail, and we took turns driving as we made our way through the woods, past waterfalls, and eventually into the cave. One of the most unique parts is the Bat Bar inside the cave! Our admission included a drink token, so we pulled the golf cart right up to the cave bar window, grabbed a drink, and continued along the trail. The entire route is clearly marked, so you just follow the path and enjoy the scenery along the way. The golf cart ride itself is a huge part of the experience and made the admission price feel worth it to us. Such a fun and unique way to experience the Ozarks, and definitely one of my favorite things we did in Branson!

I showed up to check in and while i was in line I overheard the people in line beside me. They were surprised and happy that they had only booked a 2 bedroom and they were given a 4 bedroom. When I came up to check in they told me that I had booked a 2 bedroom and that they were out of 4 bedroom units. That's not possible because they have limits on how many people are allowed to book a 2 bedroom unit. I went out and got my phone and showed them the reservation that clearly showed my reservation for my family of 7 that was booked for a 4 bedroom. They told me they had none left. I asked them if we could get two 2 bedrooms and switch to a 4 bedroom when one became available. They said they would have one available 2 days later and we waited 20 minutes for them to get it straightened out. They assured us that they would put priority on getting our place ready first thing Sunday so we could get moved early in the day. I also asked if we could have a restaurant voucher for our trouble. They gave us a $60 voucher for 7 people that didn't even cover 5 of us and had an 18% gratuity automatically added. Our cottage wasn't ready early as promised so we decided to go swim while waiting. When our room was finally ready Sunday afternoon we all packed up and left the pool, picked up our cards from the office and went to move our stuff only to find out that they had already deactivated our cards at the first cottages. We had to go back to the office where we were gaslit again. They told us they didn't deactivate the cards and we must have accidently de magnetized our cards. All 3 cards! Yeah right! When we got home I called to try to get a partial refund and was told to call Expedia. They lied and told Expedia that I booked a 2 bedroom and denied my request and made a big deal that they compensated me with the $60 restaurant coupon. Expedia had my booking right in front of them and didn't even fight for me. This was the first time in 11 years that were able to take a family vacation and our first vacation ever with our grandkids. Our daughter has an illness that limits her ability to travel and we had this small window of time to all be together and our first 2 nights together were taken from us. As much as we paid for this place I expected to get what I paid for and not to be gaslit and treated so poorly. The place was otherwise nice and we would have come back but after this, NOT A CHANCE!

The whole family got a kick out of the watching the ground hogs which are everywhere! We saw very little of the staff which seemed odd but not a problem, and they were very friendly. With the closest lake access being a couple minutes driving distance, and the closest beach being even further, the pool not working left us very little to do on site. If you do go to the beach, be aware that the entry line is insanely slow and chaotic. People yelling at each other and a police presence, After about 10 minutes in line, we along with several other vehicles left without ever getting in. I suspect the earlier you go the better chance you have.

I found a barbecue place just minutes away called Danna's which is very hometown and where the locals go, but a definite Branson must! We enjoyed the in-room two person hotel tub and the spaciousness of the larger room. We found there was normally someone waiting when the elevator door opened and that could be a challenge for the in season time. The staff was very helpful and even kept a guitar for us so we could check out and still enjoy a morning music show before heading back home to the STL metro area. I would go 5* but not a huge vacation crowd fan and this place will be jammed in season. So go in the less popular times and enjoy a very high quality stay!

This relaxed resort has multiple buildings. There are external stairs, but no elevators. Free self-parking. Seasonal outdoor pool, year-round hot tubs, fitness center, basketball & tennis courts, and game room are primary amenities available for guest use only. We had a one bedroom unit plus a pull down murphy bed in the living room. Room was clean and organized. Carpet was a bit dark and could use a wash. Kitchen was small, but fully equipped with kitchen essentials and dishwashing detergents. Bathroom had complimentary bottles of shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and lotion for our use. Always nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. There was a fireplace. Small patio with table and chairs. Overlook from the patio was of vibrant green trees... not much of a view. This will be our only visit at this resort since we don't live nearby. We only added this stay as part of our trip because we were in MO. Grateful to have stayed here. Our stay at WorldMark at Branson was extremely disappointing due to a serious cleanliness issue…read more Late one evening, we discovered bed bugs on the shower curtain in our unit. This was alarming and completely unacceptable. We immediately contacted the help desk around 11:30 p.m. to report the issue. Unfortunately, we were told there was nothing they could do at that time and that a manager would be emailed. No alternative accommodations, inspection, or immediate assistance was offered. Because of this, we felt we had no choice but to cut our trip short. We were staying with family and friends and had activities planned for another full day, all of which had to be canceled. This was especially frustrating and disappointing right before Christmas. A situation like this should be handled with urgency and care. The lack of response and support only made an already stressful situation worse. We expected much better from a resort of this reputation.
