Our condo was wonderful. Clean, nicely appointed, and with a beautiful view of the lake. Parking was right outside our door. We had a full kitchen with utensils and appliances (coffee pot and toaster). Also a washer and dryer (with soap). I got a boat to just cruise around a little and the marina folks were very accommodating. We jointly picked a boat appropriate for me, they gave me a thorough explanation of boat controls and protocols, and pointed out a couple places to see. The pool is heated and right outside the Tiki bar, which was very convenient. There was live entertainment even in the morning and afternoon. The restaurant was closed (late in the season) but they did serve some food in the Tiki. All in all, a very nice stay. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The only reason we stayed here was because everything else in Branson was booked, but I truly wish we had other options. First, the hotel is under renovation--a major inconvenience that was never mentioned on the website. The room we received looked nothing like the photos online. It was outdated, worn down, and honestly felt dirty. There were roaches in the room, the bathtub was disgusting and clearly not cleaned properly, and the couch was so dirty it was uncomfortable to sit on. It was easily one of the most unhygienic hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. On top of that, the front desk staff weren't friendly or helpful. We weren't given any information about the property or amenities, and they seemed uninterested in offering any kind of service. The parking lot was mostly closed off due to construction, and we weren't warned about that either, which made getting in and out of the property a hassle. This place advertises itself as a "resort," but charging $600 for this experience is unacceptable. It felt more like a rundown motel than a relaxing getaway. I don't usually write negative reviews, but travelers deserve to know what they're getting into. I would not recommend staying here. Was called by someone who works here saying "we've never had anyone complain of the rooms being gross. And the exterminator came and didn't find anything". And they were throwing it back on me for not calling to complain. Well in my experience, that tub, carpet, couch and roaches aren't going to be cleaned over night. So what exactly could they have done? The cleaners shouldn't have left this room like this. read more

Don't let the nice photos fool you. We spent the night in a 55-degree room because the heat is broken and nobody on staff seems to care. There are also giant gaps in the doorway that we had to fill with paper towels just to keep some type of warmth in the room. We reported this at check-in (7 PM) and again at 7 AM. It's now mid-afternoon and we are still freezing in a suite we paid a premium for. We've had to leave our own room just to find a place to get warm and the front desk seemed to think that was perfectly acceptable. It's not! Unacceptable service and a blatant disregard for guest comfort. read more

The vie of the lake was decent but the rest was mediocre at best. Not sure how to describe it but I'll give it a shot. The kitchen only had a skillet, pot and a soup pan. there was no cutlery and I'm not exaggerating. My wife went to the desk and they were happy to set us up but the items should have been present on arrival. So we were able to get another soup pan, a grater, and a spoon that you use for serving. There was not a pool, that we could find any ways. there's more but that's probably enough and I don't like giving bad reviews. The staff was really nice. read more

I just had lunch at Rock Lane Grill. The luncheon was 4 women celebrating one of the gal's recovery from her beloved husband death and move to Arizona. The server JOE made our luncheon so special. His service and generosity went above and beyond throughout our lunch. I have eaten at Rock Lane several times this season and have always had a great experience. Joe's contribution to our outing was just too amazing not to comment. THANKS JOE!! read more

Unfortunately, I did not take pictures. However, it is still necessary to share. This resort is being remodeled. They are not advertising it as being remodeled, which just about ruined our mini girls' escape. We stayed in room 316 for 2 days. The TV did not work. It was 107 degrees, and there was no ice. We checked two areas for ice. There is only a food truck on the premises. No one to contact after 4 pm. You have to leave a message they never contacted us back. There was only 1 light in the room that worked. There was no one to replace towels. We had to do it ourselves, including taking our trash out daily. No trash can in the room. We did not go for the marina more for the other things the property said it offered. Tiki bar and pools. The pool had paint chips in it and cracks along the pool rim that were sharp. Loose ladder. It's not the best spot to rent. :( read more

We stayed in a two bedroom condo which was quite outdated - don't plan on using the oven, it is from the 1950s. Water heater works well, but AC took a while to cool. The two king size beds were great! The pull out couch is a joke also from the 50s. We only saw a few bugs... Also our rented boat slip was stolen by the staff. Overall it's a decent cheap option for a family. Good location right on the lake and about 20 mins from Branson. read more

This place is Beautiful! The view of Table Rock Lake is amazing!! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I was blown away with their genuine kindness. The resort has its own Marina and offers a variety of water activities. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Love the Jacuzzi tub ;) Everyone seemed to really be enjoying themselves. The tiki bar was really fun for most of the night. They had a great live music band and a dancing area. However, the service was absolutely terrible. They messed up my groups bill and tried charging us with $50 extra of drinks we never bought and tried telling us we had to pay for it. The way they handled it was the most uncomfortable and unprofessional situation I've ever experienced. I've never been treated like that at a bar/restaurant. The service also was slow and only attentive to drunk men. It was very disappointing to see such a fun place be ruined by the staff. They need serious help with customer care. If you go, pay with cash so they don't try to mess up your bill and make you pay for things you didn't purchase. read more

We travel to Branson once or twice a year to go boating on Table Rock and I just want to say how great the service is at the Rocklane Marina. The staff always goes out of there way to take care of our boat and they are true to their word when it comes to warranties on products that they sell such as towables. I'm not sure how many stars to give to Rock Lane Marina. Friday June 5th we stopped at the marina to inquire about a new tube. They said a new tube would be $229 but we could buy a slightly used tube for $150. We thought that was a good deal so we bought a slightly used one. This was about 8pm Friday night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That night we deflated the tube and stored it in our covered boat. On Saturday we arrived at the lake at around 2:00 pm. It was cloudy and stormy. We inflated the tube and went out on the water. We used the tube for a couple of hours. We noticed it getting low on air so we headed to Rock Lane Marina. We bought $118 work of gas and had the staff fill up our tube. When we got back out on the water we noticed a huge bubble on the top and bottom of the tube. The marina was closed so we took it back the next day and they refused to swap it out. They said it was our fault for leaving it out in the sun too long. They would not give us a refund. They said we could buy a new inner tube for $85. I feel very much that we were taken advantage of. The place is beautiful and restaurant was yummy. I just don't think I could go back to a place that stole my money. read more

Tiki Bar: not good. Hot wings came without any sauce. Chicken sandwich was horrible and service was worst we've had in years making for an unpleasant fathers day. Every request to the barmaid seemed to be a major inconvenience to her. read more
