Uses the same one for her kids. She was amazing and walked me through the entire process. There was another gal there I didn't catch your name. My phone was a mess and she cleaned my phone for me.?!? What a nice lady So I go out and cancel my service with the other phone company and we realize I made a couple choice option errors .... So I walked back in and they call Courtney. She looks at my phone hits the screen four times. And like magic it is fixed.!!!! Thank goodness for Courtney. Thank goodness for friends that clean phones. It wasn't embarrassingly dirty. It was just look like. I hadn't done it in a month which is probably about what it was.. Thank you, Best Buy. I wanted to get an extra wireless keyboard and mouse so I could have one at work and one at home and wouldn't have to carry them around. I asked about them in the store and was led to a plastic box that was filled with identical wireless keyboard mouse combos. I picked one out and asked where the chip was. This should have tipped off the clerk that I was not tech savvy. As I suspect many of there customers are not. She told me the toggle was under the mouse. I got the set home and did not see a toggle under the mouse (latter I found out she was saying dongle). I looked in the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and did not see it. I called the them and was told to check the battery chambers of both the keyboard and mouse and once again I didn't see it. I was told that this would be a once in a lifetime that a chip was not with the keyboard. I brought the unit in and we looked in the keyboard battery area next. Then we looked we looked at the mouse and they pointed out a built in dongle compartment in the battery chamber of the mouse. I was never told there could be a built in compartment when I was in the store or later on the phone. I have since find some YouTube videos that explain where to find the dongle. This tells me I'm not that only one to have trouble finding it.

Goes through the installation process just to reroute back to the same screen. Dont want to have to do a factory reset if I didn't have to. Finds Fast and Fair Was quoted $50. Of course, I'm aware the price could vary. Got to the shop. Am told cannot save. Will need to complete a factory reset to previous version of MacOS that will take... a FEW DAYS. Hmm, that doesn't seem very fast but okay... Now, at this point I figure I could probably find out the command keys for that on my own but I ask how much the reset will cost anyway. And to my astonishment, I am told this would cost me $160! That doesn't seem very fair, Fast and Fair! Look man, I get were in a stressful time; CardiB is making CoronaVirus TikToks, People are hoarding toilet paper, life as we know it might be over but that doesn't make it okay to rob me! I was expecting a lost cause but they are really good at what they do and very helpful in making sure the customers get an excellent service. Items always ship fast - they have warehouses all over the country that they ship out of so you receive your stuff within a day or so - perfect. So far it has taken them another several days to digitally send me the SQL key that we paid for almost a month ago, so that we can activate it. As of today - still no key. I am considering litigation over how much time and money this whole process has cost not to mention the SQL issue which has yet to be resolved..
