He calls over the manager, Arash. The manager looks over the invoice and gives me a *Military Discount*. I figured if I have a discount, I'm getting a new iPhone for son #2, I need a new Apple Watch & service for me. Long story short, I'm walking out of the store with new devices and my monthly bill is lower?! Wife is happy, son is going to be happy at Christmas and more importantly, I have an apple watch with a Mickey Mouse face. AT&T added TWO extra phone numbers to my account--numbers I never asked for, never approved, and never even knew existed--yet they've been charging me for them every single month. When I went into the store to confront them, expecting accountability and a clear fix, I was told that I should have known about the fraudulent lines they added. The audacity is unbelievable. On top of that, AT&T has been charging me for an Apple Watch line I never activated, and despite clear evidence that I never used or requested it, they refuse to issue a credit. No responsibility. No remedy. Nothing but finger-pointing and nonsense. After 25 years of loyalty, this is how they treat their customers: * Fraudulent lines added without consent * Monthly charges for devices never activated * No ownership of their mistakes * Blaming the customer instead of fixing the problem AT&T has made it crystal clear that loyalty means nothing to them, and their business practices are shady at best. I will be taking my business elsewhere, and I strongly urge anyone considering AT&T to think twice. If this can happen to a long-term customer of 25 years, it can absolutely happen to you. Don't go! Brought my phone in to get cracks and black lines fixed on my screen, and the guy fixed…read moreit, but then messed up my headphone jack. I came back the next day with a 60-day warranty that said will fix repairs, and the man who fixed my screen wouldn't help at all. I explained how my headphone jack worked perfectly fine for over a year, including earlier in the day I brought my phone in, and he blamed me and the phone. There is no way it conveniently stopped working on its own after he looked at it. My biggest issue was the warranty said REPAIRS and he wasn't nice about it all all. He wouldn't give me any money back and he tried to say there was nothing wrong with the headphone jack when he tried it himself when there clearly is a big issue. And when I went to customer service they said they get so many complaints about Cellairis and them messing up peoples's phones. Others have said the guy is very rude too. Save yourself the time, aggravation and money, and DON'T GO!
