We had to pay $24.97 in UPS fees just to have our packages rerouted to a UPS Access location just so we can get the Amazon items we ordered. So everything is now going to be a week late for delivery. I can't recommend having anything shipped here because the value just isn't there. You'll end up with notices from UPS saying the business is closed, can't access the Amazon locker, etc. Will never have packages sent there again and we had to file a complaint with Amazon.

Our over all experience was really great with Cody helping us get switched over. It took sometime to get our account number from the sprint rep on the phone which was crazy they took forever! We walked out of Verizon with two new phones, new cases and screen protectors also put on by Cody. He was helpful setting up our new phones and even stayed way past his scheduled time. He didn't pass us off or rush us out the door. By far the best customer service from a phone carrier we have ever received! I highly suggest this Verizon store. Everyone was friendly and smiling!
