He was polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the issues with both the washer and dryer. Bryan suggested a workaround for the problems I was having with the washer that utilized its existing features. He could have easily sold me a new board for the washer and a new board for the dryer and then come back in a couple of years when those new boards failed and needed replacement again. This would have been costly and even more frustrating. Instead, he suggested a cost-effective way to get the machines to perform as needed. Bryan was honest and straightforward, providing understandable explanations of what was going on with these appliances. Beware, beware, beware…read more Had technician come to my home to fix my washing machine. He replaced the suspension rods with used parts which I called him out about. I would expect new because his fee was going to be $200.00 and then he did not start the machine before doing this. After he installed the parts, he started the machine in drain mode, and it did the same thing I told him it was doing which was bouncing all over very violently. He proceeds to inform me the drive motor is bad and can sell me one for 275.00. So, I would have incurred $475.00 in repairs today. I choose not to go with that option. He removed the used suspension rods that he installed but I was charged $65.00 to find out that the actual problem was the drive motor and suspension rods were secondary. I found new motors for the model machine I own and the ranged in price from $150 to $220 brand new. I would suspect he takes parts off other machines to make repairs if not he would he would have brought new suspension rods. So, beware of this business and buy new it will save you in the long run. I just purchased a new washer at Lowes. I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
