I was seeking a plan that was similar to the price point I was paying, but that had more modern features (like visual voicemail) because the plan I was on was rather old. The attendant was no help and nearly added a plan that was $500 a month until I noticed the change and stopped her. She then said she "felt uncomfortable changing the plan because the price keeps changing in every screen" and urged me to call AT&T customer care to update my plan instead. So no help with that front. I then asked if I could at least get a data SIM for my laptop. My laptop has a modem and the ability to connect to a network in the same vein as some iPads or tablets. She got out a SIM card and began working on her tablet to add it to the account. Many minutes passed of her doing this and it became painfully obvious that she did not know how to add a data SIM to the account. This was only further confirmed by her asking us to just use an old data sim from one of the tablets we had and were looking to remove from the account (which, shocker, she couldn't do either), after working for so long. Overall we will not be going back to this AT&t store. If we need service we will either take care of it online, with the customer care line, or by using a store in a more populated area.

He went out of his way to help me with so much. I had already spent most of the day trying to do this set up that Verizon claimed IS SO EASY... NOT!! By this time I was very frustrated. Tim was the first person that was available to help me when I walked through the doors. I was never so grateful to see a live person in all my life. Calling for Tech help is not easy to get a live person to help. I want to thank Tim for all of his help. Tim is absolutely my HERO!

If you have aging parents, you hope that people treat them with more respect and are more helpful to them. Now my Dad has a phone from this store, and needs to exchange it because it is defective. This store won't take the phone back because he didn't have the box anymore. An actual Verizon store would have exchanged it - Miller Road store said that this store doesn't need the box to exchange it. We can't get a replacement phone from Miller Road Verizon store because we bought it at this knock off franchise that's unnecessarily rigid in their return policies. Whose right? It doesn't matter because we get to buy another crappy flip phone from Verizon and again get to pay all the fees associated with getting a new crappy phone. I have taken my iPhones in here a few times for repairs. The last time was for water damage and rice stuck in the charging ports. My new iPhone was repaired within minutes. If it can be fixed, they will do it in a jiffy and at a low or affordable price. They didn't price gauge or try to upsell products or do extra unnecessary repairs or try to inflate what's needed. They're extremely honest, don't inflate prices and are very good at repairs. It's better than driving down to the Apple store near Detroit for any repair or tech issue and I wouldn't want to send any of my devices in for repair. I would recommend them to anyone.

I took it back to the store to report the issues I was having, I was told the new screen I spent $185 on had a scratch on the screen and it would cost more to get the proper screen, and he was unable to put the back cover on properly because the antenna was in the way! He then tried to sell me one of the phones they had instore for sale lowest cost of $600. or he could refund my money an give me my phone back without any screen at all!!! I did not have $600 for one of the phones he had to offer and still owed $450 on the phone I brought to him to be repaired and I was not sure if another repair man would work on the phone without any screen at all!! so I felt trapped. He then added tape to the rear cover and sent me on my way. Another day goes by and the phone will not charge properly and the screen went black, I went back again "remind you driving to Saginaw from bay city with gas at $4.19/gallon".. he was able to get the screen back on and gave me a fast charging charger.. witch did not fix the charging issues I was having... told me the screen was non refundable now and there wasn't anything else he could do but offer to sell me a phone that he had available.... now a month later the phone will not read any sim card and I have no service, still does not charge properly when I can get it to charge, The back cover is falling off, antenna hanging out, and the touch don't work on the screen....My phone is now in worse condition now then it was when I took it to be repaired!!! I am beyond disgusted with my experience here!!
