When I walked out, I saw that they'd kept the critical part, I walked back in, and their behavior was so dishonest, menacing, mocking and I saw it was truly not worth fighting with them. Just like anywhere else, some are more knowledgeable than others. When I go, I enjoy working with Deandre, Lance, and Matt W. These guys are the real deal and always make sure my needs are met. Not to say other workers aren't great as well, but these are my go to guys! Anytime you go to buy a new phone and accessories, you're gonna spend some money. With this store, they always do their best to help save you money and keep you up with current promotional deals. While some people understand these costs, others don't. Regardless of your knowledge level, the workers are great at keeping you informed about charges and fees. My only complaint....as mentioned before, not all workers are equally as efficient. I've had incidents where things were not explained to me correctly or at all. BE SURE TO ASK QUESTIONS. I also recommend finding someone you've had success with and stick with them. I was thankful we got there when it wasn't crazy busy, but it definitely started to pick up after noon. It took awhile to get everything situated. Our salesperson might have been new, as he seemed a little nervous and confused. Additionally, he seemed like he was still learning about all of the current deals and how the Verizon store switched over phones etc. However, another salesperson was extra helpful at explaining things. I believe his name was Jason, but I'm not positive. Jason was great at clarifying details and knew a lot about special deals and plans. Technology is often slow, so the time wasn't an issue, although I think our guy was also still learning and took longer than usual. This wouldn't have been frustrating, but it soon became so because he kept trying to upsell. Since he wasn't super aware of the plans, he wasn't great at explaining what these deals were. For example, he said we would get "a free iPad" with the purchase of a phone. However, you have to get service on that iPad and so on, so the iPad isn't free. When this kept on happening, it was distracting him from transferring my phone data over and extended the process. The persistent, poor attempts at upselling made the experience feel repetitive and painfully awkward. Nonetheless, I got what I needed at the end of the day and it was a good deal! Just make sure you have a lot of time on your hands before coming here... it's more time consuming than the DMV!
