Just like anywhere else, some are more knowledgeable than others. When I go, I enjoy working with Deandre, Lance, and Matt W. These guys are the real deal and always make sure my needs are met. Not to say other workers aren't great as well, but these are my go to guys! Anytime you go to buy a new phone and accessories, you're gonna spend some money. With this store, they always do their best to help save you money and keep you up with current promotional deals. While some people understand these costs, others don't. Regardless of your knowledge level, the workers are great at keeping you informed about charges and fees. My only complaint....as mentioned before, not all workers are equally as efficient. I've had incidents where things were not explained to me correctly or at all. BE SURE TO ASK QUESTIONS. I also recommend finding someone you've had success with and stick with them. This is what I do with the aforementioned workers that help me on a consistent basis. Overall, definitely recommend this business!!!!

I went in because my phone stopped charging. They were…read morereally friendly and quick to ask what they could help me with. I told them what was going on, one of the techs took my phone and went to the back. He came back a few minutes later and said that should fix it, when I asked how much I owed him he said nothing. While I was there I did purchase a new screen protector which they also installed for me. I would highly recommend CPR Festus. They are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.

He asked me if I had a cover for the IPad and I said I did not... he said follow me... he proceeded to give me a extremely nice cover that he had in his car... he did not have to do this and I offered to pay for it obviously but he said no thank you... he mentioned he had kids and knows the importance of a cover.
