They had to get on the phone with tech services to get my phone number to transferred over. The customer service had some odor issue (halitosis). Then when she was working on my new phone she dragged it across the counter instead of picking it up. Nothing like having scratches on a new phone that I just unboxed. I asked her not to do that and I got a mean stare. I got frustrated at the way customer service treated customers. I was at the store for almost 3 hours just to get a new phone. Another lady was there before me and she was having issues also with customer service. Over heard her say it had been 5 days and her cell issues had not been resolved. Second guessing my choice to stay with Verizon instead of moving to a new cell phone service.

The day comes, the tracker has an appointment time range and is updating like my technician is going to be there as expected. At 645 the tracker updates to say the tech got there at 536...? So I call and am told that the delivery was never happening that day bc the items weren't delivered in time so I'm going to need to reschedule. Was anyone going to let me know that? Apparently not. The next available appointment was a week and a half away. The AI customer service is wildly condescending in situations like this... I canceled my order and went to Lowe's. Got it for the same price and delivered/installed a few days later.
