But when it came time for service, they would only service them at our office location and refused to send us a new $50 phone. Most recently, my phone stopped working and I spent 2 hours on the phone with WOW! technicians only to be told I would have to bring the phone into my office to have them fix it. When they did, they found out it was not the phone at all but a "backend problem" with their system. So I have not had a phone for 6 DAYS because of their own problem after they wasted TWO HOURS of my time. I am DONE with WOW! and will be terminating our contract as soon as it is possible to do so. I would NEVER do business with these people again.

I had been polite and patient but did not receive that courtesy and had lots of head shaking, eye rolling,told to do my call outside.
