Took my phone in to have my screen replaced with another identical phone I had and I let them keep the 2nd phone for parts. I went to pick it up and paid them and the guy working told me I had some lint down in my simcard tray and he took a tooth pick and got it out. I went to my vehicle and tried to make a call and got an error messaged that said please insert simcard. I checked the simcard tray and the sim card was in it. I took the phone back inside & told them it didnt work and they told me I would have to pay more for diagnostic then pay to fix whatever was wrong with it. I told them it was working fine before they swapped my screen and they even told me they stuck a qtip in my sim card tray. "I know there was not any lint in it, the phone worked great even with a cracked screen." They refused to fix my $1600 phone that they broke without me paying them to fix it. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES that can NOT take responsibility for there actions. I WILL NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! THE OWNER REFUSED TO REPLACE MY PHONE OR PAY ME FOR IT. He stood behind his employees so he as well wasnt responsible for there actions and it wasnt money out of there pocket! #straightGARBAGE! Does not even deserve one star, but had to select it to warn everyone else of there secrets, and how they do business, and could care less about there customers. Wish I wouldn't have e paid for that screen repair now or gave them a phone for free cause now I have no option but to go pay $1600 out of MY POCKET again....smfh! Samsung Care + and Verizon both say use vBreakifix by Assurion. They will not repair it and say it is a samsung issue. Samsung submits the claim to Asurion and ubreakifix has the claim. But will not fix it keep saying it is a Samsung issue. THIS IS BS because it is a uBreakifix issue. The customer gets screwed. Would not use this company to fix a pile of rubbing dog crap. I now have a 1500. 00 phone that no one will repair after paying to have it repaired. Total BS.

Took it to uBreakiFix, and the representative there took one look and said your screen protector is cracked not your phone screen. Not believing him I pulled off the screen protector and he was correct. I was apprehensive to do so on my own because I was still using the phone extensively. What a relief and easy fix. To my great surprise, they returned my check! I realize that any business has to make some money to stay afloat and would have been happy to pay something - just not the amount I was charged initially. Always kept me informed on what was going on, seemed to know they're stuff and kept conversation on a level of someone who doesn't know computers like them. Gave me a full refund without any questions. Wish my computer would've gotten fixed but it's just something out of their control. Highly recommend!
